Smith’s Buildings LLCMr. Richard Smith, his sons and the rest of his team just completed my 30 ft by 50 ft barn near Sparta Georgia. The experience picking the colors and laying out the design was done very well. The price was competitive, and Richard (Sr) personally managed the prep-work for the slab and the pouring of the concrete slab. Richard’s son, Jeremiah Smith, was the foreman of the rest of the project and was hands-on during the entire project. The craftsmanship and the attention to detail is excellent. They answered my questions and maintained a professional approach during the entire project. I especially liked the photos at the end of each day showing the progress. The all-metal design is much better than I expected, as I am used to seeing wood-built pole barns. The barn is sealed and insulated well. Smith Building's is a family run business with over 30 years of experience. Trust me this is the team you want building your next barn.

This is a family owned, local business. My experience was great. From start to finish they were professional in every way. The building was built exactly to my specs. The crew that built it were professional and always addressed my wife and I as sir or ma'am. There was no cursing or disrespectful behavior. The building exceeded my expectations. It has rained buckets since completion and it remains dry as a bone. I highly recommend them.Service: Steel building construction

If I could give a negative rating I would. I've never dealt with a more unprofessional business. I had the same problem as the other reviewer, except we never even got to the point of installation. We were referred here when we asked a neighbor who built his garage/storage building. So we stopped by their office one day to schedule an appointment to get a quote. We made 4 or 5 appointments over about a two-month period and the guy never showed up to any of them. We waited a couple of months and tried again, but once again no one ever showed up to any of the appointment that we scheduled. I'd rather have someone who is reliable, and actually shows up to their appointments. Not only would I not use or recommend this business, I would strongly advise anyone considering them not to use this business.

Richard and his crew did an awesome job on my shop. I highly recommend these guys. They were very quick, efficient, and very professional. Richard was very accommodating to all of my request and helped me get exactly what I wanted out of the building.I see a lot of people complaining about not being able to get ahold of them or them not being as responsive as they would like, but I wanted to have a professional build this building and that's exactly what I got. these guys aren't fly-by-night metal buildings resellers that sell trailers and metal buildings along with maybe some other stuff. These guys build buildings and good ones.I've come to realize after building a house and this building that good contractors and Builders are going to have a waiting list. There's so much construction going on right now in the area that if you ever say you know a little bit about construction you can get a job and stay busy. I ran into some low quality contractors building my house, that's the reason why I chose these guys I know I wasn't going to get a low-quality product with no support.

Friendly service and reasonable prices. The workers showed up on time to build my shed and were very courteous. They cleaned up after they finished building and my shed turned out great! I would definitely recommend them if you need a storage building.

Well, I am in the process of waiting for the delivery of my shed in which I paid in full for the construction and delivery. Over the last 2 1/2 weeks I’ve been told, I’d receive a call back 3 times to let me know when the delivery would be made. As of today, no call back either time. I placed the order Jan 27th, it’s now March 19th. No delivery date, no call to update, no shed. I have a fencing company on hold, waiting to install my fence this shed is delaying my progress. I hope I’ll be satisfied with the product. I can’t say at this point that I’d recommend anyone purchase anything from Smith’s Building LLC. Today is the now the 20th and I did receive my shed!!! I am very satisfied with the product, however I am still not happy with the way things went prior to delivery.

I had problems and concerns about the installation. I called too many times to count and they kept putting me off as to when they would come to my house and address my concerns. After weeks of calling, I gave up. I would not recommend this business.
