Oscar was straight forward from start to finish. We had hail damage from back to back storms in March and April. After I called he came out the next day for inspection. I called our insurance company and and they sent out an adjuster . Oscar was also there which was great. He definitely goes the extra mile to help anyway he can Always on time. He was very helpful with our insurance claim helping us before and after the job was completed. The Crew was very professional and once everything was completed the left our house spotless. I highly recommend Tico roofing.

We had bad weather with hail and wind damage. I knew it was probably time to get a new roof. I called a friend of mine who recommended Tico Roofing. They came out the next day and gave me an estimate and told me to call my insurance company. Tico Roofing helped me with all of the details through the process to help me get the new roof. We set a date and they came on time, worked until the job was completed, cleaned up, and made sure I was happy with everything. The roof looks great! They truly went the extra mile to make sure we were pleased. I cannot say enough great things about this company! We just had a gorgeous new black roof installed on our home by Tico Roofing. All of the employees were super friendly, professional and tidy. Tico has a very efficient system because it seemed to take no time at all. Those guys worked tirelessly until the job was done. They did a thorough job cleaning up afterward, left no debris in the yard and put everything back the way they found it. The dumpster was removed promptly afterward like they were never even there. Oscar, the owner met with me on-site daily to discuss any questions etc. The roof itself was very reasonably priced considering it’s great quality. my experience with tico roofing was spectacular the customer service was excellent and with good treatment to me the roof was very good and although I spent almost 3 years with it I had no leaks or humidity on the roof even when I have strong rains and even hurricanes charm the treatment and the speed with the do a job sincerely deserves even more than 5 stars thanks tico roofing and oscar
