Called to get a price on a window to match existing windows for a client. The guy I talked was very rude and said that wasn't their window and he couldn't price me anything unless I came in and set up and account. I tried to ask another question and he just shut me down. I am a licensed insured general contractor and you can be sure I will not be setting up an account with Alside any time in the near future. They need to give their sales people lessons in customer service!!!

Horrible customer service! The condescending gentleman at the counter today at 2:00pm should not be working out front with customers. Might better serve your business to have him working in the back. You lost my business today....plenty of siding companies to choose from out here.

Went ‘to Alside in December to order siding for our porch and placed the order. Well after almost 3 months no call backs I would not recommend them for anything Call. Both emails and phone calls went unanswered.
