Great experience with Dry Pros on a garage cleanup. I was on the edge of their service area, but they still came the same day to dry everything out as quickly as possible after it happened. I looked around because another company just wanted to demo it all and I was able to avoid that. They came back several times to check the progress and make adjustments. A few years ago we were in a place where the water heater blew and leaked all over the basement. TJ and Dry Pros came to dry the basement and stayed till 1am to get everything cleaned up and start the drying process so we didn’t have mold set in.A few years later we moved into a place that had ground water enter the basement. Again I called Dry Pros and TJ and his crew came to help us out. Every water crisis we’ve had, Dry Pros has helped us with professional service allowing us to work through what can be very difficult and stressful situations. In short, if you have any flooding or water issues, Dry Pros is who you want to help you clean up and dry out quickly.

We were on vacation when we got a call from our neighbor saying there is water coming out of your garage. We had to cut our vacation short and when we got to the house it was worse than we could have imagined. The line to our toilet completely failed and water was gushing out of it for at least a day or more. Oh yeah, this toilet was also on the 2nd floor. We had water from the second floor all the way down to our basement and coming out of our garage. Ceilings were on the floor and everything appeared to be ruined. My neighbor recommend Dry pros and they were my heroes in this. They came in and cleaned the mess up. Got my insurance company involved and kept everybody up to speed throughout the process. They always showed up on time with great attitudes. They always showed up on time and answered any and all of the questions I had. So, long story short my home caught on fire and after the fire department put the fire out I contacted my insurance company and they referred me to some company. The company came out assess the damage, and something just didn't feel right with them. So, I did some research and came across this company (dry pros). TJ and his guys came out to assess the damages and everything just felt so right. I literally took my stress and worries and put it in their hands, and I couldn't have been more happier. This company right here is a life saver! I went out to a family reunion and came home to a pipe busted underneath my sink. There was was flowing everywhere and it was 5:30am. I reached out to drypros and they had guys at my house in 30min. They came out, extracted the water and set up fans and ventilation to help it dry and prevent mold. They even took the extra time to work directly with my insurance company so I wouldn't have to deal with the hassle. The sewage pipe under my house bursted, and the smell was unbearable. The sewage flooded my crawl space, and I did not know what to do. I remember seeing one of their trucks at a fellow neighbor's house so I gave them a call. They were at my house and under an hour. TJ and his crew were able to extract all that sewage I believe applied lime to the soil and installed a new vapor barrier for me, to top it off they put me in contact with a plumber who was able to get out there just as quick and fix the pipe so I wouldn't have this issue again. This is an amazing company. They were one phone call away and went above and beyond to help my mother get her house back in order. They handled everything with the insurance company from that point on. All my mother had to do was pick out the colors for her walls and and her flooring. They were always on time and completed the job without hesitation. I have recommended this company to all my friends and family. Water damage is something no one wants to have to deal with but if this unfortunate event happens this is a company you can trust. The owner of this company has by far. Best world class experience. I was owed money and even after 6 months and them being paid and a lost check from my wallet being stolen he took time out to make sure he took care of me being paid instantly. This is not my first incident where he personally made sure I was treated very well. I hate to sound like a commercial but there is no question of why they have 5 stars. I’ve stopped in route of taking my 5 & 7 year old boys to school just to pay this!! I reside in an independent living community. My apartment was flooded with 4 inches of water in late June, which also flooded 17 other units. Our Maintenance Director called another company, who only sent one person! He dialed another company, which he thought was another office of the same company, but thankfully contacted TJ Camilla, the owner of Dry All. TJ and his staff were here IMMEDIATELY and were here daily for a number of weeks extracting water in all of the units, and also packed up and moved out all of my furniture and other belongings to some vacant units. They were especially careful with my furniture and belongings. They removed all baseboards and drilled large holes all over to prevent mold damage, and had numerous blowers to get everything dry. I was a property manager for 24 years some years back, and have never seen a company respond so quickly, were exceptionally professional, incredibly polite, exceedingly proficient and went way above and beyond to everyone's satisfaction!!! I cannot say enough good things about Dry All, TJ and his team! They were awesome! I hope that I never have to go through such a disaster again, but if I did, we would definitely have Dry All back! I am so grateful for everything they did for me, and for the other residents. Should anyone every need restoration services, Dry All is the ONLY company in my opinion to call.
