We spent the weekend at the campground and this has been the best time. We met Mr. Harris and he was kind enough to show us his office and even cracked his whip for us. It was a very special trip and we recommend if you’re interested in where your food comes from this is a trip you definitely want to make. Thank you Whiteoak Pasture for a great time!!

We recently visited the general store at white oaks pastures… SOOOO adorable! Loved all the products they had from tallow hand soap to steaks and other cuts of meat. There were farm animals all around the outside of the store and cute picnic tables and games. Such a great find on our way from Tallahassee to Atlanta and will definitely be going back!Food & drinks: Got some cookies and coffee for our drive and it was all so delicious. Will definitely be stopping for some meat on our way past next time!

Stopped at the general on a road trip and were impressed! Great food, friendly service, well stocked meat market and a fun atmosphere for our son to stretch his legs. This will be a must for us on any road trip going forward!

The general store was much bigger than I expected, and I didn't realize there was a restaurant attached to the store.Decent selection of seasonings, syrups and jam/jellies. Some self promotion items were spotted. I was expecting the meat selection to be larger, but they have a nice variety. Everything was clearly marked minus an item here and there. It was worth a stop in. Might swing back back the next time I pass through.

I’m just reading this book and the first page tells me that it’s a good one. I’ve probably been by this farm a few times whilst visiting Kolomoki Mounds, the Little Grand Canyon, or just cruising along the Chattahoochee River towards Eufala. I’ve likely eaten plenty of their meats although they were rebranded through their distributors such as Kroger or Publix.

I ordered my husband’s birthday gift and it arrived within the same week. The packaging was amazing! Everything was labeled which was such a simple but impactful touch! The communication of the process was top notch from start to finish (which we will never be finished lol! We are officially lifetime customers 😊).Thank you to everyone! We look forward to also one day visiting in person 😊

My wife and I stopped by the general store and had dinner at their restaurant,by far the best filet and collard dinner I’ve ever had. I’m currently eating two bone in ribeyes from white oak that are in a league of their own. Everyone and their mother should know about this place and they should spend their money here. This must become the future of farming.

customer service for this company-not good. you need to be 100% confident in what u order before you place it- ESPECIALLY online from their shop goodsthey blame the customer (as seen in the response argument below)I ordered candles to make as gifts with a labeled scent that is one of their soaps that I enjoyed (trusting it’d b the same scent) but when I got it, the scent was not for whatever reason….It’s not “a preference on scent” - it didn’t smell good and despite you arguing the scent was the same it didn’t smell the same (what if something went wrong with the oils and I got a bad batch) so instead of being helpful so the customer could be fully satiated for an order- …..that is disappointing. Even if y’all had just had me pay the shipping to get it back to you so I could exchange it or something ….that would have been more helpful ….also- I never said y’all were distribution. I picked y’all to order from because of who y’all promote ur selves to be…. N after this experience Your response has definitely been rigid n felt corporate to say the least.if you guys deliver out of state, I would have imagined and HOPED that y’all would have been more helpful to stand by the quality and customer satisfaction. I appreciated that y’all are a farm and typically enjoy supporting “non distribution” companies.Good customer service practice (big business or small business) would be working keep the customer happy so they are returning spender for the coming years to come but instead being rigid and shutting the customer down you lose a customer completely (and have negative word of mouth)…. over some candles.I guess I just assumed a friendlier n more helpful response. And exactly …if you are looking to buy a product and aren’t happy with it , as they said as seen below, it’s YOUR problem not theirs.Finding a farm w the same business model but also cares about customer satisfaction ✌️

The Country Store concept is wonderful. However, coming from a small town in upstate N. Y. we found the store prices for the most part expensive for the average family. We went to October Fest last evening with our grandchildren. We asked for a menu to order food. We paid $51.84 for 4 hambergers & fries. We were never told that they had a special for the evening of two chili dogs for a dollar. ( The sign was on the otherside of the counter.) Almost $ 6.00 for two simple Ice cream cones, nothing fancy. On a good note Publix carries White Oak ground beef and many times has sales. It is very good grass fed beef.Reflecting on our changing economy and remembering the old days where children can get penny candy and a bag of popcorn for a dollar.Once a month it would be nice to see the store offer grandparents night at a discount. Especially withassets over 30 million.

I loved the country store and all of the girls working were all so seeet and helpful. My husband and I both had the flat iron steak. The only problem I saw was they cut the steak which caused the steak to get cold before you could eat it all. I would suggest you let the customer cut their own steaks. The sides were delicious. There was too many flies in the restaurantWe both a watermelon and when we cut it it was not ripe. Had to throw it awayWhite Oak was a beautiful place to explore. The old buildings are beautifulWe will certainly go back

Our daughter suggested that we should take a motorcycle ride to this restaurant. About an hour from our home, It was a long ride in the boonies. Unique place just off of a major highway. We had an earl dinner. Hamburger and flank steak soft tacos. The flank steak was chooped up. It looked more like hamburger meat. Didn't have much if anything on them, no outstanding taste. We have had better burgers at Wendy's for much less. But, it was nice to try something different. There were only 2 options for plate dinners. Flank steak was one for $36. Yikes!

Stopped in not knowing what was in store for us! Lovely experience. Beef, pork and leather products all made on premises. Wonderful dog chew products, bone broth, tallow soaps, balms, all made from the their cows. Also local honey and wines to name a few. Must include the excellent restaurant! My husband had the beef tacos. I had in house made pimento cheese sandwich with bacon and tomato. All delish. Everything is made right there. You know exactly what you are getting. I love to shop local and support local. You won’t be disappointed.

I have not visited the location, but I do order A LOT of meat from them and they are by far, the most amazing, high quality delicious cuts of meat we have ever had. I've tried all sorts of online meat delivery services for my family and they were okay - White Oak however is far superior! First, every single delivery has been delivered completely frozen (we live at a remote Florida beach VERY HOT and deliveries take extra long), the butcher paper is wrapped beautifully with clear easy to read labels, the vacuum sealed meat has yet to become over time or arrive compromised (makes defrosting very easy). Love that they use regenerative farming, raise their animals in pastures as they should be (happy animals are important to us) therefore giving us more nutrition, and love that they support and employ their local American community. We eat something from White Oak at every single meal - highly recommend!

What a cute little place in the middle of no where. We stopped in for the farm tour, it was more geared for adults but was informative. We had kids with us, so we stopped to visit all the animals near the by. There was a few pigs, goats, cows, bunnies and some geese. We stopped for lunch too. Food was good and the sweet potato tater tots were my favorite.Staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming!

It was a truly unique experience! The country store and the food was great. The regenerative farming practices are very cool! We stayed in a nice clean cabin in a beautiful wooded setting. The staff was very nice and friendly. We ended up doing one of their horseback rides that was a lot of fun! We loved it!

I stayed at White Oak Pastures right after new years. I was looking for the types of products they sell, and wanted to see it for myself. I was not disappointed! It was a 900 mile trip, but even though I went alone, I had a great time. The cabin was cozy and welcoming, the restaurant food was excellent, and the people were kind and friendly. The tour was informative, and the horse back trail ride was the best! It was the most relaxing time I have had in years! I also expanded my knowledge about soil science and will incorporate what I learned into my business.I filled my cooler with products purchased at the store. The products were just as good from my kitchen as the restaurant… since I was so happy with my purchase, I decided to order more on line and fill my freezer. UPS did not deliver my items on time, and it looked like UPS may have lost or misplaced my order. I called customer service at White Oak Pastures, and they immediately sent out a replacement order. The order arrived with in two days, in excellent condition.White Oak Pastures will now be the only place I purchase all of my meat from going forward.Thank you for a great experience everyone at the farm!

I have been a customer of White Oak for over a year now and have spent close to $10,000 supporting the farm during this period. I'm on a carnivore diet and have been very grateful that they provide unaged beef, which has been beneficial for me personally. Before the past few months I had no complaints and would have absolutely given a 5 star review. However, recently there's been several changes in pricing that are completely unreasonable and absurd. For the past few months I've religiously ordered the beef spare ribs, which have been a staple in my diet. The price has always been $39.99 for 3 pounds. A few weeks ago as I was placing my order I realized that the price changed to $40.59 for 1.5 pounds(Half of the meat as before). So that's literally a 100% increase in price overnight, and makes this meal completely unaffordable for me, and I would image the average person as well. I could understand a 10-15% increase in price as costs may have risen, but some of the price increases are completely unreasonable. I'll no longer be able to purchase these ribs anymore. There were also products (ie the ribeyes) where the portions were cut and the price per pound end up being significantly higher, but it's really these spare ribs that were the tipping point for me.I tried reaching out to customer service but they don't really seem to take customer complaints or feedback seriously. As a company that prides themselves on being a farm with loyal customers and even a "loyalty program", you would think they would appreciate customer feedback more than just saying "sorry for the inconvenience". I hope that other customers will speak up as well so that these absurd price hikes and portion cutting doesn't continue.Overall, the farm and quality of products is wonderful, but recent trends in pricing have been pretty upsetting, as items that were once a staple in my diet are now unaffordable.

I placed my 3rd order for meat delivery. Loved everything about the first two deliveries. The third delivery arrived a day late and with the package damaged by Fedex, so the meat arrived partially thawed. I called customer service and they would not help me because they said that their site says in the fine print that they cannot guarantee that the meat will arrive frozen. Since it was not warm (it was only partially thawed), they said it was safe to eat and I should eat it within 7 days. Can you imagine ordering a few hundred dollars worth of meat and customer service telling you to eat it within 7 days? The other option is to refreeze it, which degrades the quality of meat. Would you go to the store to buy expensive meat, partially defrost it and then refreeze it? No way! They refused to make a claim to Fedex, saying that the delivery didn't meet their criterial for filing a claim. It was evident that the box had been dropped and the inside Styrofoam chest was broken, so at the time of arrival (a day late), there was no dry ice inside and everything was wet and sweating. Before this happened, I was so happy about finding White Oak Pastures. I was practically stopping strangers on the street to tell people how great they are. But they lost me. Buyer beware they don't take responsibility for the integrity of the shipment!
