Shawn and his crew were very professional and he showed us every step of the process. His crew got here at daybreak and was on the roof tearing off the old shingles.Our new roof was completed by 4pm, what a great job they did. It looks beautiful. Shawn went out of his way to help my wife unload groceries. This company is the best I have ever seen. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their roof replaced. Good workers and great clean-up. From the time we set this project up everyone was very polite and were happy to share exactly what was being done. We upgraded because of our conversation with Shawn. I would recommend to anyone who needs a roof redone. They also worked with insurance to get this paid. The painters and gutter man were also great.

We were approached by Barrelle roofing and offered a free roof inspection. I usually don't participate but I had already been thinking about replacing the roof so figured why not? As it turns out we had wind damage on the roof that was covered by insurance. From that first inspection William was on point and did a fantastic job. He explained the entire process from beginning to end very clearly before we made any decisions. Once we decided to proceed he was involved in every step of the process. He even met the insurance adjuster on our roof to make sure everything was covered. The follow up we received was extensive and precise. Throughout the job, William answered any questions we had immediately. The only thing that really matters though is that they did exactly what he said they would do exactly when he said they would do it. The roof was installed in one day. When they left the only way you could tell they were ever there was because there was a new roof on the house and there were some leftover supplies stacked neatly on the driveway which were picked up within two days. Very professional.I am very confident in recommending William and the crew at Barrelle roofing.

Speaking as the lady of the house. When the doorbells rings aren't we all hesitant to open that door? Well this time it paid off. Shawn was on the other side and immediately made me feel so comfortable. You can tell these days who really is customer service oriented and who isn't. Shawn definitely is. After all the rain we've been getting I noticed a leak on my ceiling.I remembered he had stopped by along with many others. but he stood out.I saved HIS card. I immediately called him and the rest was a walk in the park. We love our roof! I can't say thank you enough. You'll love your experience!Debra
