Would highly recommend Nalley Roofing to anyone. They did an excellent job! You could tell that they really cared about job quality and customer satisfaction. Josh Bishop was extremely helpful walking us through the whole process from how to file the insurance claim, to our choices of shingles, and the general roofing process. He even took photos on the day of installation so that my elderly father could see their work. In my book that is above five star customer service.

A leaking roof is definitely not something anyone has to deal with. After 3 solid days of hard rain and wind, water was dripping into my house I only have been living in for 2 months. I am very skeptical about hiring a business for this sort of thing because you simply don’t know who you can trust. It is so very important for people to leave a review on business’ that they have had great experiences with. I hit the business reviews websites and chose Nalley Roofing, LLC. I couldn’t be happier for choosing this business. General manager Josh Bishop contacted me immediately after me leaving a message. We set up an appointment for him to come and take a look at my situation and assess what the problem was and what needed to be done. What could have been a very stressful situation turned out to be a very easy going experience Josh expedited the steps needed to get my issue resolved in a very timely manner and a complete roof replacement was set up within only a couple of days and was completed in a half a day!!! I call that amazing!!! I now have piece of mind knowing that I was in good hands with Nalley Roofing LLC and Josh Bishop and I am confident that my new roof has been done by a great company of excellent workmanship and quality. I highly recommend this company, Josh Bishop and their work crew for any of your roofing needs!

Best roofing company around. I work in commercial construction and am a stickler for details and there is not one thing I could say could've been done any better or more professionally. Josh Bishop communicated with me from the start of the project with meeting our insurance adjuster to the end of the project. We had interior damage to our home due the a roof leak and once the roof replacement was completed (which amazingly took one day!) they sent an interior crew to do the drywall and painting repairs and I must say their interior crew is just as detailed as the roofing crew. It is so refreshing to work with a company that does what they say they will do and then some. Hats of to Nalley. Awesome job guys!

Where can I begin? It was a truly great experience working with Kip! He owned the process from beginning to end! He's professional and easy to work with! He will let you know "your roof is now mine and if you have issues, I have issues and I take care of issues!" The crew arrived at 7 am and were nothing less than AMAZING!! They finished my roof in a day! Worked nonstop, and left my yard clean like before they arrived! I highly recommend looking Kip up for your roofing needs you won't be sorry! Update...... The follow up customer service is non existent!! We have called numerous times and no one has called for a follow up

I recently used Nalley Roofing’s painting division and was extremely impressed! Kip was wonderful from the beginning to end of the process. We had the entire interior done in our home and they cleaned up the mistakes of a sloppy builder that we were afraid couldn’t be done. The work was exceptional and the costs were well worth the quality work that we received. I highly recommend them!

Josh and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish. We had discontinued shingles and wanted to verify if we had any wind or hail damage. Josh verified that we did indeed have damage, walked us through every step of handling the insurance claim, and came out to meet with the insurance adjuster. When the work started we did have a little snafu with the shingles. The supplier sent the wrong ones. The crew had already started putting the shingles down when Josh came by and realized they were the wrong ones. He didn't have to tell us they were wrong because they were similar and we probably would have never known, but he was honest and told us. I didn't really like the ones going on so he got on the phone and after several calls he was able to locate the ones we had contracted for. The roof looks fantastic. I would highly recommend this company and Josh to anyone.

I had been talking with Josh Bishop for over two years regarding my roof. He came out in 2018 due to a leak in the roof and even helped get me patched up which bought me enough time to work on some higher priority items on the house. So when it came time replace the roof this summer, it was an easy decision to make. I compared his proposal with that from 2 other companies and his was the second lowest. I brought that information to Josh and he gave me some additional questions to ask the company with the lower quote. Sure enough there were some hidden costs that were not communicated that would have brought their price above Nalley's. Having someone you trust with such an expensive purchase is so important... that's why we went with Nalley. The whole process was quicker than expected. The old roof was off and new one on all in the same day. New gutters were put on the day after and that was it.

I'm very pleased that I called Nalley Roofing to take care of the wind damage to my roof due to a recent storm. They responded to my called immediately and were very knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and assisted me with making a claim with my insurance company. Once I was approved for a Brand New Roof..Nalley had a crew out to my house working immediately! I had a new roof within a day! So thankful I could call upon this company and trust that they knew what they were doing! Once you get past Kip talking about his mediocre adult softball career and him stopping every 3 minutes to look at his own reflection in your truck window, he knows his stuff and will get you what you need. Yes, he does wear way to much pastel colors and never a belt for some reason, but dont judge him on that. He squints all the time, I guess his wife won't give him enough money for sunglasses. His crew is awesome and I would highly recommend using Nalley for your roofing needs. Ask for Kip, he needs the commission to buy a Yeti cup.

Can't speak on the quality of their work as I have not retained their services but I can say that they have an extremely reckless driver in one of their vehicles. A middle aged male in a dark gray f150 (I believe) nearly wrecked in front of me then sped off weaving in and out of traffic. I saved the dash camera footage just in case he ended up wrecking further up the road or if the owner would like to deal with it before he hurts someone.

Has to be the best roofing company around. Kip Crego was always quick to answer my texts and phone calls, did what he promised and in general was a great guy. Went through a bunch of companies who left us hanging before we found Nalley Roofing. Highly recommended!!

Needed a small leak repaired and/or an estimate for a new roof. Called Nalley to come out and take a look. Received a call back from Josh who came out the next day. He assessed the condition of the roof and indicated it would last another 3-5 yrs. Told me where the leak was likely coming from and that he would have his repair specialist come out that afternoon. Edwin came by about 4pm, found the cause of the leak, gave me a quote and fixed in same day. Edwin left me his phone # in case there were any further issues. Cant ask for better service than that. Next rainstorm will be the test!

Nalley Roofing LLC roofed three houses all in the same cul-de-sac for me, and I couldn't be happier with the experience and results. I had a horrible experience a year earlier with another roofing company, and was apprehensive about dealing with another roofing company, but this was a totally opposite experience working with Nalley Roofing. They were professional and courteous the whole time. I will certainly use them again if I need another roof replaced and would recommend them highly. It was a pleasure working with this company.
