Trio replaced our roof and installed new Hardy siding for us this fall. We were victims of the March hail storm and besides the roof, our siding was totally destroyed on one side. Chris and Ryan worked tirelessly with our insurance company to ensure all our siding would be covered in order to meet local code requirements. They truly know how to deal with the insurance companies who will take forever! Chris was so patient and kept me up to speed every step even when I wanted to give up. The owner Phil is a delight to work with and was onsite during the job helping his crew and cleaning up along the way! He cares about his employees and clients, that is evident. I called Phil because I noticed a smell in the spare bathroom. What they found was appalling. Whoever roofed this house before had completely covered the pipe boot for the exhaust fan so no moisture or air was getting out. They kindly replaced it and found other issues that other roofers hadn’t found previously after several inspections. Trio is one of the best contractors I have worked with!Our HOA used Trio to renovate our clubhouse after water damage from a pool pump. They pulled baseboards, pulled flooring, dried out the clubhouse, santized/cleaned mold, put down a vapor barrier, the new floors, and the new baseboards.They came multiple times before the job to calibrate on what we needed done, were responsive any time we needed to talk, offered proactive solutions as they came across issues, moved their schedule around to accomodate us, finished in a timely manner, and cleaned up when they were done.They are fairly priced for level of service and I would recommend them to anyone.

I noticed water spots on the ceiling in a bedroom and needed someone to come out and check my roof for a leak. I had previously contacted 4 different roofing companies that either: never returned calls, could not find the source of the leak or didn’t deliver on their commitment of scheduled visits. I then contacted Trio Construction. After speaking with Phil, he scheduled a visit for his team to come out and diagnose the issue. His team showed up as expected. I worked with Lester, and I remember he specifically assured me that he would find exactly where the leak was. Lester did a thorough check in my attic and took plenty of photos and video. He then examined my roof. The roof did not show easily detectable signs of where the water was coming in, so he and his partner proceeded to do a water test. With Lester back in the attic and his partner on the roof, the water test successfully showed the team exactly where the issue was. They repaired my roof that same day and did a final water test to ensure I’d have no further issues and that the job was done right. I would highly recommend Phil and his team to anyone who needs roofing service. They are friendly, prompt, professional and perform quality work.Service: Roof repair

Trio did a great job after our house flooded on Christmas day. Chris was super helpful with any insurance questions, always available for any assistance in scheduling/mediation needed, and was always upbeat. Chris was always willing to help any way he could, even if that meant helping move the furniture to the pod bc we were short a man. Plus the crews did a good job getting us back to normal sooner rather than later. Very good people and the crews were just as nice/knowledgeable. We used Trio Construction for our roof replacement and are so pleased with the result. Chris was our main person of contact throughout the job. He was experienced and knowledgeable about all phases and always available for any questions we had throughout the process. I can't say enough about Jamie (foreman) and the entire crew. They were prompt on their arrival and all were so hard-working and respectful. The entire roof was replaced in one day and everything was cleaned up so well that the next day you could not tell anything had been done.....except for our beautiful new roof!! It has been less than 2 months and we have found less than 10 nails in our yard. Just a wonderful and complete clean-up. Everything went just as Chris had explained it would which made us very happy. And I have to mention Alysha who did the administrative work. We had a few hiccups trying to get the paperwork signed mostly because it was all new to me. But she was patient with us and we finally got it all done. After the roof was done, we had them replace our gutters also. Very positive experience!! After a bathroom water leak damaged our twenty plus-year old hard wood floors, we needed a reliable and affordable contractor to repair the damaged section and refinish the entire downstairs of hardwood flooring to match. TRiO came out to assess the damage, gave us a quote, and placed us on their schedule in less than a week! In just a few days, they did an amazing job of repairing the damaged floor, sanding all of the hardwood flooring, and refinishing the entire downstairs. Our floors look beautiful and we couldn’t even tell where the boards had been replaced. We were so satisfied with the work they did, we hired them again to replace and paint our garage door jambs that were rotted near the ground. We had a bad storm last month that resulted in some water leaking into the attic of our home... I showed one of my friends and he gave me a business card for Dustin Shirley, of Trio Roofing and Construction...Within 48 hrs Dustin was standing on the roof and showed me exactly where wind damage had allowed water to enter our attic. He marked a number of spots on the roof with colored chalk so he could point them out to our insurance adjustor. I’m so glad we called Dustin, as we had no clue as to whether our insurance would cover something like this or not... Nor did we know the claim process, but Dustin walked us through every step of the process!An adjuster came out several days later and Dustin returned to our home to make sure they saw all the wind damage and leaks caused by it. The adjuster agreed that we had damages that warranted a new roof.Dustin gave us a book of highly recommended shingles to choose our color and style from, and he even brought out samples to make sure we were getting the roof we wanted. The work was scheduled, and Trio returned promptly to install the new roof.Dustin stayed at our project from sun-up to sundown, making sure that everything went as planned. Trio’s owner, Phil, even stopped by to tell us how much they appreciated the business! I rarely ever post a review of any company, but after experiencing the replacement of my roof through Trio Roofing and Construction, I feel compelled to share about my own experience. Every step of the process was handled with professionalism, attention to detail and a strong emphasis of customer satisfaction. Dustin was extremely helpful in getting Allstate (the worst insurance company, probably tied with State Farm) for approving a roof claim based upon hail damage) to approve our claim......in fact, I tried submitting a claim, unsuccessfully, a few weeks ago using another popular roofing company, and while they were helpful and tried, their on-site representative did not know how to advocate for the approval of our claim like Dustin did--and that made all the difference!Once we were approved, I asked for several references from people who's roofs Trio had done. To be candid, I did not believe all the five-start references on Trio's website and I wanted to talk with some real customers. As a trial attorney, I am skeptical of roofers. They gave me about 20--with addresses and telephone numbers. I never heard a single 'negative' comment from any of them! Not one.Next, Phil (the owner of Trio) came over with lots of sample boards of the shingles they usually use. My wife is an interior designer and has fantastic tastes in color.....we looked at some of the Trio roofs close by in all types of lighting conditions at different times of the day....it's amazing how different some colors look depending upon the time of day! We got close, but when we couldn't find the exact color we were looking for, Phil offered to find shingles that would match any color we liked---and we gave him the name/manufacturer.About 3 days later, there were 12 amazing, hard working, super-skilled workers on our roof--tearing our old roof off and putting the new roof on...an amazing process to watch. Before they started, they meticulously covered all of our landscaping to protect it from falling shingles and nails...their efficiency and thoroughness was truly a marvel to watch!They worked nonstop, all day (I never even saw anyone taking a break), and by the end of the day, our roof looked perfect, everything was completely cleaned up and they were loading their ladders back on their trucks.These are GREAT people--AMAZING INTEGRITY, honest, thorough, professional, attentive to detail, customer-oriented.....from the top of the company, to the office staff, to the installers---many of whom actually told ME "thank you" as they were leaving the great job they did!!!I could not give a higher recommendation!Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation

Phil and his team did an outstanding job on my roof. HIs sales guy identified hail damage and worked with insurance to get the replacement roof approved. He also went out of his way to get a match of our existing shingles to avoid problems with our HOA. Phil was in contact with me during the days leading up the the work as well as during the job. I have worked with a lot of contractors over many years and have not had a better experience. I was told when the supplies and dumpster were to be delivered, they asked where I wanted them placed, and they executed as promised. The crew worked relentlessly in spite of the summer heat and completed my roof in two days. The crew was professional, very experienced, and very friendly.
