When I first spotted a water stain in my ceiling, I cringed at the thought of having to replace my roof . When a friend of mine referred this company, I decided to go ahead and face the headache of getting my roof repaired. Then I met Blake. I experienced probably one of the best service of my life, and I’m no spring chicken! From the beginning to the end, the entire experience was seemless. Blake was very detailed and transparent about the process. He even assisted me with filing the insurance claim, which really put my mind at ease. He walked me through the process to ensure that I understood everything prior to me signing anything. This company went over and above to ensure that I was satisfied. Can’t say enough but I will stop right here.Great job!!!

Excellent company!!! From day one through the entire process (which was very fast) Ridge Top was excellent! They kept in touch, created a group text to be about to stay updated, and was there with a quickness to answer any and all questions! Our roof was done within a couple of weeks! Then, when they were finished, they left my place cleaner than when they got there! Complete with cleaning my back porch, leaf blowing my yard and cleaning out my gutters! I can't recommend this company enough!!! All with ZERO MONEY OUT OF POCKET!

I could write a novel on how amazing this company is. I worked with Russell through the process and he’s an absolute all star. I also met the owner Blake and he was really great too. I had some issues with my insurance company but Russell stayed on top of it and his professionalism was second to none. Once approved, materials were delivered and the crew was up on my house replacing my roof lightning fast. The project was completed, cleanup and all, in under 7 hours. My roof looks beautiful and the quality is fantastic! I can’t recommend this company enough!

After getting verbal "quotes" from a couple companies and not feeling comfortable with what I was being told I had the pleasure of being introduced to George from Roof Top Contractor. From the very first conversation with George I knew this was the company I was going to choose to work with. The workers came out and performed and outstanding job. Blake the owner doesn't have a crew he sources out the job. You would do better if you just talked to the individuals (roofer) who came out and performed the work. However, if they accidentally damage anything, good luck getting a return call from the owner. Blake will try to blame everyone except his crew. The roofer's nail punctured the air conditioner coil which caused all of the freon to leak out, call Blake and he failed to take any responsibility. Heading to small claim court. Do your homework, his company operates without licenses. If you suffer any damage, you're on your own to correct his error. I literally have nothing but excitement as I post this. I always thought you could only get a new roof if a tree fell through it (new homeowner). Anyway I kept driving by my neighbors house and decided to call the number on the lawn sign. Glad I did. I Spoke with Blake who immediately made me feel comfortable. He explained everything as he seemed very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Needless to say he handled everything with ease and literally 3 weeks from our 1st phone-call I now have a new roof. I did nothing …. like nothing …… at all. He was great the crew was great and they got in and out so quick I couldn’t believe it. I definitely appreciate them. Oh and they left my driveway cleaner than it was before they even came lol. First off let me say that I have Allstate Insurance! One of the hardest Insurance's to get a roof approved through. I tried to get my roof approved with a different Roofing company to no avail. The young man that tried did everything he knew to do but couldn't get it done after 6 months or so. I was so frustrated because everyone in the neighborhood was getting their roofs replaced so I waited about 6 more months or so before I even entertained the thought of trying to go through the process again of putting in a claim. One day my wife told me that someone was at the door(Mr. Shane) to talk about the roof so I talked to him and mannn I'm glad I did. It was Nov and the roof was approved and done in Feb. The whole process & the communication was excellent! Blake & Shane both were exceptional! They did such a great job that my Allstate rep sent a email saying that it was a pleasure working with RidgeTop because they were so professional and that she was blessed to have worked with them!! Wow!! Right? That's all you have to know about this company & these wonderful guys! No more sleepless nights worrying about shiggles coming off or any leaks after a big storm.
