Our roof had an area with several issues last October and Luis came out and promptly diagnosed the issues. He was very professional and informative, explaining each area of concern and taking pictures along the way.When it came time for repairs, I thought Modern Roofing & Restoration's pricing was extremely reasonable, especially for the quality of work that was done.Recently, with the larger storms, we had a small leak pop back up. Luis came out immediately to see what was going on. He performed a water test, free of charge (since we already had work done near the area), to find the issue. We spent over an hour watering the area to the find the leak. Long story short, a few older shingles a couple feet from the roof valley needed some caulking! Luis only charged us for caulk repairs and I could not be more satisfied with his service. I honestly feel that most other places would have over-diagnosed the issue.This is great company with roofing professionals, fair pricing, & honest work!Service: Roof repair

Hello AllJust finished getting my roof replaced by Modern Roofing and Restoration and I couldn’t be more happy with the job Chris Nunez and his team did. From the very first meeting with Chris through all the madness with my insurance company Chris was right there. When I tell you this company went above and beyond their call of duty. I know for a fact without the work Chris and Modern Roofing did, I could never had gotten it done on my own. I loved the fact that if Chris said he was going to be there at a certain time, there was never a doubt he’d be there. Chris let me know what was going on every step of the way, he even worked with my insurance company to ensure I was able to get everything needed to have my roof replaced. Now I have a brand new, absolutely BEAUTIFUL new roof and when I got home, the guys had done an exceptional job cleaning up. These guys worked all day and got the job done with no problem. Modern Roofing has great deals and are extremely professional. I have more work needed on my home and I have already scheduled the work to be done by them. I have never been made to feel so comfortable and at ease with any other company. Job well done guys. You ALL Rock!!! Luis & Chris were very professional from start to finish, walked me through the entire process from start to finish did a fantastic job with my roof and after they were done cleaned up so that I wouldn't even know they were here. We were having leaks in our roof and Luis came out promptly to fix the issue. He provided excellent service and was very communicative. He came out to our house multiple times to make sure that the problem was fixed. His prices are very reasonable, too! We highly recommend this business.
