I contacted this company to perform ridge tile replacements (20+) seal nail pops, repair damage and seal exposed areas in association with a new home purchase. While the scope was not large, the price was quite expensive. It took several calls to schedule the repair and the quote was expensive based on the scope of the job. I arrived to the job site to find the laborers had left without performing most of the scope. I had to call the PM who claimed that the work had been performed despite the evidence. The laborers returned and added a bead of caulk to protect a 12" by 16' area. The bead of caulk was less than 1/2' wide. The PM sent me pictures which only covered the 3-4 ridge tiles and confirmed that they did not make the repair because they did not want to damage the concrete siding. I inspected the work and found that they didn't replace most of the ridge tiles or repair any damage. I had to seal the areas myself and will have to hire another company to repair the damage. I then received numerous requests to pay the bill even though I demonstrated that the work hadn't been completed. Do not use this company.Service: Roof repair
