Working with Southeast Restoration has been the best experience ALL the way around. They have been so professional, understanding, kind and they are amazing with communicating with you. Amber and Brianna are amazing! This was the first time I had ever had to have anything done in my home and they made this process less overwhelming. Cody always kept me aware of what was going on and if there were any issues that came up he let me know immediately. Wesley is so knowledgeable about is craft and always willing to answer any questions that I had about what would be happening. Earnest and his crew were awesome! They definitely take pride in what they do! Overall my experience has been nothing short of amazing! Hands down best group of folks to work with.

I’ve been a homeowner for 4 years and never had problems, until I did. I noticed water in the flooring of my guest room and immediately panicked. Being a single mom, things are super tight and this was not something I was expecting nor knew how to handle. So I called Southeast Restoration hoping someone could guide and help me. Everyone at this company has been so friendly and professional. The dispatcher was so comforting and understanding when scheduling. Matt was amazing with communication and helping me understand the process step by step. Wesley was also very informative, friendly, and had great communication. I can tell this company truly cares about what their clients and takes great pride in their work and their customer service. I felt really comfortable with the whole process and have a huge level of trust with this crew. Thank you so much for all your care and help. I hope to never need this type of help again, but life happens and I would trust them again with any future needs I may have.

They came in late at night promptly.. Cleaned up water and dried floors and walls, then came back again when the floors got wet agian. I'd give a 10 on a rating scale for Southeast Restoration because they kept me informed on all the repairs that were being done in my house. They valued my opinion and wants and worked expeditiously to ensure that I could enjoy Christmas in my house comfortably. Each worker was polite and respectful to my home and time. Mike and the other flooring guys were great. Communication between Serv Pro lead and Southeast Restoration was not as thorough as it should have been creating lag time between mitigation and repair resulting in weeks being added to completion time resulting in the wife and I spending over 5 months living inconveniently out of our motorhome. The work done was great but the waiting between jobs was unnecessarily long, I do realize some delays were because of rain or wetness. The painters did good, fast work. Would not recommend at all! I started my claim in Oct 2018, it took them until March of 2019 to complete a simple kitchen repair. They left me all the items in the pictures to finish after the complete overhaul! Was out of my house for 7 weeks for repairs, routinely found my home left unlocked or windows and doors wide open!

I had water overflow in my houseit happened at night when we were sleeping and my son woke up to standing water in his bedroom. Over half the first floor was flooded. My insurance agent gave Southeast Restoration a call and they were there in less than an hour They went to work and removed all the wet flooring, baseboard, and sheetrock. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. They put the drying equipment in and came back daily to recheck areas. They were very kind and understandiing. Southeast was a pleasure to work with. The entire team from the office staff, the estimators, the mitigation team and restoration teams were professional, prompt, thorough and had excellent workmanship! The mitigation team was very fast to respond to mitigate water damage on my home and the mitigation team did a fantastic job. Very thorough & professional. Chad and his restoration team were also phenomenal on 3 separate projects. Chad not only did a fantastic job with the restorations, but he went the extra mile to ensure I maximized the value of my investment. He recommended upgrades, helped me with color/style matching and then executed on time/budget! Chad and his team put the customer absolutely first (which is rare) and I had no worries knowing he was on the job. My house looks remarkably better than it did BEFORE it took water damage. If I could give them a higher than 5-star I would!

He walked us through every step and we were never surprised or shocked with what was being done to our home. He took care of every single concern and minor issue we had. We trusted him and his crew in our home and around our pets! Chad is absolutely amazing, we seriously cannot even express how much we loved Chad. The fact that he came into our home, explained everything professionally while still talking to us like we were friends (he even played with our pups which gives him even more bonus points!). They are currently in the process of repairing damage done by our leaking water heater. The entire team from the office staff to the technicians have been extremely friendly and professional. The office staff is always kind and enthusiastic when I call. I have spoke with several different people in the office and not one of them disappointed. They are very helpful and communicate with us on scheduling as well as expectations. Kudos to Mckenzie ( I hope I'm spelling his name right) for being completely up front with us and explaining the extent of the demo being done at our house. He always treated us as if he personally knew us. But, I cannot take away from the rest of the technicians, ALL of them have been fantastic! A tree fell on our roof 2 days before Christmas. Within 2 hours of a phone call to Southeast Restoration there were a couple of guys putting a tarp on our roof. (This was at 11pm) All our interactions with this company have been professional and courteous. Ben and Valerie have been in constant contact with us as this repair progresses.
