Leroy and his repair guy Nicholas were great. Estimate was reasonable for the work to be done and Leroy was available when needed via phone. Nicholas was very professional and took his time on our repair project. His workmanship was very good and so was his mannerisms. The work done looks great and we cannot be thankful enough for them to come out to do our repairs. Will definetley contact Leroy and his crew for any roofing issues we may need in the future. If Nicholas does work for you, give him plenty of Coffee and he will be good to go.

I had an awkward leak in my roof, a metal roof with a poor design was partially to blame. I live in a rural area, and there are not many option for services. I had a handful of people look at my roof. Mostly local private contractors. Everyone said they would fix it, but never offered any real solutions. I went 2 years trying to find a solution. Then, Whitt's was recommended to me. I can't say in words how professional they are, and I am extremely relieved they finally fixed my roof. Although I was only given one option to fix the problem, which was to commercial spray the roof and was costly, Whitt's stands by their work. If they can fix it, they will only do it the right way. Yes, a small leak cost me $7,000 to fix, but the piece of mind is priceless. I could have paid a private contractor less, but who knows where I would have ended up. Whitt's 10 year warranty says a lot about the company and how they do business. I feel secure in spending my money with them. I highly recommend.

Whitts' Qualty Roofing was recommended by a friend as a trustworthy and professional local business to handle my needs for roof repair. I can say that they lived up to that recommendation. Tim Whitt was very thorough with his assessment of the damage and needed repairs, and was very knowledge of current building codes and requirements for a complete repair. He successfully negotiated with my insurance company for the best possible outcome. When all approvals were obtained he and his crew efficiently made repairs in a timely manner with very satisfactory and beautiful results. The team installed my new roof, but they also took my gutters. The gutters were not in the contract. The company continually says I'm the top priority, but they haven't done anything yet and it has been three weeks.They also broke my cinder block wall in the back yard. The wall was busted in three different places about five feet apart. No way this could have been an accident. If it was, why won't anyone from the company call me back?UPDATE 6/25: Whitt's Quality Roofing replaced the gutters they took & also fixed the cinder block wall in the back yard. I have use Whitts Roofing for both personal in business. They have done me a great job in both. LeRoy will always return a call or text and is super friendly to work with. They will keep you in the loop and if you do have a problem they will attend to it quickly. Whit’s Roofing was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. They were very professional, no pressure, easy to deal with, and did exactly what they said. They did an outstanding job replacing the metal roof on my 140+ year old house, my 20 year old pool house, as well as putting metal on my 30 year old shop that was previously shingled roof with damage, and with all that they were still very reasonably priced. I am one happy homeowner!!!! I recently had a metal roof installed to replace the 24 year old original roof on my house. I could not be happier with the result. The professionalism, courtesy, quality and attention to detail is beyond any expectations. From estimate to completion, I have been totally satisfied - beyond satisfied. There is no debris left in my yard or in my flowerbeds. My driveway and patio were even blown off to remove anything that might have fallen on them. I was consulted when any question came up. I was treated with the utmost respect and really enjoyed watching the process and interacting with the young man who performed the work. He is a wonder! Five stars are not enough - maybe 7 or 8 stars would be more appropriate!

Mr. Whitt's crew was exceptional and caring in taking care of our roof at our Lake Blackshear home. Price for a metal roof with a very steep pitch and multiple roof lines was reasonable and George and Gabriel were not only professional and hard working but pleasant to talk with. Leaked in house right after installing - supposably fixed - 7 years later holes in ceiling in 2 rooms where it has leaked , we didn’t know it was leaking until ceiling fell in He came back supposably fixed the water leaks - outside only Still leaks - I put bucket under holes to catch water when it rains- he said he didn’t think he was responsible. Reliable company from another city came and we were told who ever put the roof on was responsible. Now the siding they took off when they fixed last leak has come off where it was not fastened back. Another workman came to look and said flashing was put on wrong. This a mess and Whitts Roofing is not responsible? We thought we could trust them - we don’t have the money to just hire someone and numerous people who have come to see it don’t want to get involved.Service: Roof installation

From the first call everything handled perfectly. Joe very pleasant and knowledgeable. There were some severe weather concerns and Leroy was very accommodating to work around it. George our installer was very polite, friendly, and did great work, working long hours to beat the weather.Everything cleaned up . Looks gorgeous!! We couldn’t be more pleased. The representative, Tim was deceitful by switching the price we agreed upon.After signing a contract he never committed a starting date. After I didn't hear from him it was natural for me to think that the job hadn't been started. To my surprise, the job was done without my acknowledgement. Few days later he sent me a contract dated 3/18 showing an increase of over $2000 due to so called unforeseeable expenses for material when the job was done on 4/28. This contract with the change of price was never presented to me even though the date on the contract is the same date I signed a different contract with a lower price.Service: Roof installation

Leroy and his crew has been and has done an outstanding job at First Baptist in Butler. I'm on the property committee at the church and actually found Whitt's Quality Roofing in the yellow pages. Leroy gave me the best quote out of three bids. We had a couple of hiccups but wasn't nothing that they didn't immediately see about. We also had a flat roof that took the spray on rubberized coatingcoat haven't had any problems with it. Leroy even made some repairs to some of our vinyl siding from where the hurricane came thru. I would recommend Whitt's Quality Roofing to anyone.

Well I waited over a year to give this review for leroy and this company. Because time tells the tale. Having two roofs by this company , I wanted to be sure it was all it was supposed to be..After a small tornado took out seven trees in my yard!!! The roof never moved.No leaks no problems.
