I am beyond pleased with Ramos Roofing and Gutters! Oscar was so helpful, courteous, and went out of his way to help me get just the right shingle color and gutter color. He made several trips to just bring me the samples. His crew was friendly, worked very hard, and left my yard the way they found it. They even worked on a Saturday to get the job finished. The gutter crew were just as nice. They did excellent work and went beyond to get everything just right. The owner, Oscar Ramos personally came out and inspected every single aspect of the work. His crew even came back and touch-up painted any scuffs that occurred from the old shingles that came off of the roof. I would highly recommend this company with no hesitation. Arroyo Roofing installed fascia and soffit to an addition to my home. Oscar and his entire staff were very professional, detailed and organized! Arroyo Roofing is a top tier company when it comes to roof replacement. Not only did they offer the best price, they performed a quality job for 2 separate properties, and were on time for both jobs. Shingle color selection matched up perfectly to what I selected. Oscar was great, and very knowledgeable when it came to the requests that I had. A lot of the roofing companies ride in big expensive trucks, Arroyo Roofing pulled up in an older dented Dodge pickup. I am guessing they put quality repairs ahead of pricing. I was very impressed with the on time arrival, repair progress, and clean up (I think I may have found 5 single nails). I would recommend Arroyo Roofing to not only my Family, but to anyone needing roof work completed. Very, Very Impressed!! So impressed, I still wear the hat occasionally! We had a great experience with Arroyo Roofing! Oscar was very personable and helpful in explaining the re-roof process. Out of the five roofing quotes we received, he gave the best price and was the most transparent in how he arrived at his price. He and his crew completed installation in two days and left our yard clean. We inspected the roof throughout the installation and found the workmanship to be high quality. It was very apparent they did not cut any corners. We are extremely satisfied with the final product and would use them for all our future roofing needs. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Updated 8/25/20: It's been three years and zero problems with our roof. Everything still looks great.2017: We recently had Arroyo Roofing replace our entire roof. I researched the company beforehand. They are licensed with no history of discrepancies. They are BBB accredited. I requested a Certificate of Insurance. I was provided one, with the current date, the next day from the insurance company. They were very professional. I worked with Oscar. He was always punctual and very helpful. Before I had even given him the job, he explained to me exactly what would be done. He showed me the differences in shingles. He recommended a color based on a quick description of what I was looking for. (It looks fantastic on my home!) The crew was very diligent in their work and cleaned the entire yard each day they were there. It’s been about a month, and I have yet to find one single nail left behind. They have their own dump truck for waste. There isn’t a big dumpster dropped in your driveway and left. We have had a couple of storms since the roof replacement and have zero issues with the new roof. I highly recommend Arroyo Roofing.

The Arroyo team who did our roof was amazing! They showed up right on time and ready to work. They were efficient and polite. The crew took care of our home as if it were their own, making sure to be mindful of landscaping and even searching out debris that was hidden. I found Oscar to be extremely professional and personable. Their pricing was very competitive. He and his company replaced my roof, installed gutters, and performed some vinyl replacement. He walked me through step by step how the work was going to be completed and that is exactly how it went. They cleaned up great each day they worked. They even preformed a couple of extras without charging anything additional. Like with any job there were a few questions and concerns, but Oscar addressed everything immediately and made sure we were happy with their end product. I plan to call them again if needed.

I needed roof repairs at my residence. Arroyo Roofing LLC was called out to perform the task. A crew of 5 showed up and completed the repairs in an expedient manner. This was a great team effort. Arroyo Roofing did an excellent job on all the projects they worked on for us. They put a complete new roof, fixed our fence, painted our house, put in a new back porch and installed a new gutter system all in the span of about 3 weeks. They are very professional and diligent in their work. My neighbor saw what a great job they did for us and he asked them for a business card. Best thing is that we didn't worry at all about the projects getting done, though this property is a rental and we live in Blairsville, GA (4 hrs away from Warner Robins). All in all a great company.
