We worked with Brandon from United Roofing on our roof replacement due to hail damage. It was a complex project given that we made an insurance claim and the project also included some internal paint as well as replacement gutters. United was fantastic to work with from start to end, communication was timely and accurate, and the quality of their work is second to none. This is the second time I've had United replace a roof and I'll gladly use them again in the future should I ever need roof work again. I've also referred them to both my parents and brother who have had similarly great experiences working with United.

This is an excellent roofing company to work with. They are fast at communicating and returning your calls and texts promptly. They are also very careful to attend to your needs and questions in a very kind and professional manner. Josh Ward was our specialist that helped my parents get their roof replaced on their home and did such a great job. What a fantastic job these folks did! Let me first state that they completed the project about 6 months ago, so there has been plenty of time to assess any unexpected surprises, but the great professional job United did has simply been rock solid. Their team showed up and went right to work, with everything right on schedule. The very reason we selected them was due to their excellent reputation, and I can say that from our experience, they fully deserve it. I really don't think I could be happier. I knew that I needed a roof. So I started asking around about roofers. United roofing and contracting kept coming up, with favorable recommendations. So I gave United a call and spoke with Dakota Dorsey. Dakota explained the GAF lifetime roofing system and all of its benefits. That is when I decided to go with United for my new roof.Scheduling was not a problem, United and Dakota keep me updated on the timeline.Installation went very well. The foreman stuck with the job and all employees knew what their job was and did it right. I believe that United has well trained employees. I’m extremely happy with United Contracting & Roofing. John Dodson knocked on my door one day and offered to inspect my roof. I was hesitant at first, but since my dog didn’t go bonkers when he came to the door, I said ok. He looked at the roof & took photos. When I looked at the photos, it had some obvious damage (it was 15+ years old). John offered to file the claim for me on the spot. We sat in the living room on speakerphone with my insurance carrier. Claim filed. Within 2 days, my carrier had someone out to look at the roof (John even met the appraiser that day!). The carrier approved the roof replacement within the next few days. Within a few weeks, I had a brand-new roof. John at United Contracting & Roofing made the process so easy. I would highly recommend.

Casey Schultz answered my phone calls every time as I had a few questions for him. They put on my new roof taking off the old shingles first. The workers and supervisor did a great job. United Roofing is the BEST! From the time I contacted them about the work, they handled the whole process and kept me informed of the progress. The whole job was completed in a day including cleanup! I had the pleasure of dealing with Austin Hulsey of United Contractors and Roofing for the replacement of my roof from hail damage. Austin made the process so easy dealing with Allstate during every step of the process. The workers were at my home around 6:30 a.m. and were through around 7:30 p.m. They worked very hard all day long stripping the old roof and replacing the new one. No shrubbery was damaged nor were there any nails left. They swept the area several times to ensure I would not encounter a problem. My roof covers a total 3700 sq. ft. home and the fact they were in and out in one day (having as many as 17 workers here) was just phenomenal. My new roof is so beautiful and even my neighbors have stopped by to ask about United. I am so pleased I contacted United Roofing Co. to handle my roof replacement and dealing with Austin was such a pleasure. A fine young man who represents this company well.Service: Roof installation

I just have to share my experience with United Contracting & Jordan..Jordan knocked my door, offered me a roof inspection due to a recent storm. I was VERY hesitant to allow ANYONE on my roof, but I had a leak and he was VERY professional, so I said yes. He went up, took photos and showed me the problems with my home. I was pretty surprised how bad it was, but it made sense because the roof was around 14 years old. I’m called my insurance and he helped me through the entire process, next thing you know, State Farm came out a week later & approved me for a NEW roof! I had NO IDEA that was POSSIBLE!. My new roof looks amazing, they cleaned up so well & were fast! my neighbors were all asking who did it, and I’ve given Jordan a few referrals already. Once the roof was done, I called Jordan to help me with my gutters, he got it done sooo fast…! And it was a very good price- as I’ve called other companies for quotes. He recommended black gutters & they made my house pop! My rating is 10 out of 5 stars! Highly recommend Jordan and united! Great company. This was my first time making a claim so I was nervous about what to expect. Brandon was great to work with. He told me what would happen and took care of talking with my insurance company. He told me about the products they use and the many different options that was offered for roofing. He was very professional, answered any questions that I had, was there when the adjuster checked over the roof, and also early for any times that were needed to meet. Him and his crew did a great job and got my roof looking good again. Had a great experience for a first time claim and would highly recommend them.

When we realized our roof was going to need to be replaced we were extremely stressed out but Jeremy Perry was there every step of the way to help us through it and even walked us through our claim process and rearranged his schedule to meet with our adjuster. As soon as the weather permitted his crew started early in the morning and finished that day. Jeremy said his crew was the best of the best and I definitely believe him now.
