Graceful Living Roofing did an outstanding job replacing my old roof. Over the summer with all the storms and rain my roof starting leaking near some of the degraded vents. Michael came out within hours of my first call and patched up the areas where the leaks were occurring. After that he navigated the next steps in helping me contact my insurance company and then set up a date for the install of a new roof. His team took care of the entire repair of rotted wood and new roof with updated vents in one day. The crew arrived before daylight to remove the old roof and they were completed with the new roof including clean up by 8:00 that night. I used this company about 4 months ago and everything went well. Unfortunately this time didn’t go so well. I had a tree fall on my rental property during the storm in August 2022 causing damage to the front side of the roof, gutter damage and water leak on the inside. During the whole process of repairing the damages Mike wanted me to pay him before the job was completed. I actually paid him half of the total amount on the day he began repairs. We got into a heated argument because Mike wanted me to pay him the full amount before he completed all of the repairs. Mind you my insurance company only paid me half and when the job was complete they would send me the rest after they receive pictures from Mike. Mike did not want to wait on my insurance company to release the rest of the money therefore I paid him the rest out of my pocket. He also decided not to complete the leak damage on the inside of my house therefore I had to hire someone else to complete it. I was also deceived by Mike. He stated that the gutter and downspout was new but the downspout was not new. It was the same one that came off during the storm.
