I can’t provide enough praise about Bullet Roof. They stand by their work 100%.I noticed a leak at my chimney some 5 years after Bullet installed a new roof. They stood by their warranty and repaired the flashing around my chimney. I had extensive damage on the interior wall of my bedroom. They made sure it was repaired properly. With follow-up work and assurance that I was satisfied. I can highly recommend this company based on Joshua coming out, doing an extensive drone inspection, and having the integrity to let me know my roof looks good. A lot of companies (roofing or otherwise) will try and hard sell you what you don't need. Joshua has integrity, was on time, well communicative, and was a delight to meet. Not only did Clayton Danner give me confidence he could get the insurance approved, he walked me through every part of it: he was on site (ON TIME, EVERY TIME) and worked with the insurance adjuster to get the amount for a full roof repair and the had it scheduled with perfect timing alongside other repairs I planned. When the crew showed up, their Production Manager Mike stated insurance would pay for new decking per code. They stopped laying shingles down and ensured the new decking was put down. Everytime I thought they would miss a spot, I waited and then they fixed a funky part of the roof. No need to mention anything. Let them do their thing and they got you. Immaculate work.Good crew, good team. As a retired designer, I’ve worked with a lot of technicians and builders in the construction industry. BulletROOF goes above and beyond in every category.Not only did Ryan Walton perform every service from my initial call to our final payment, he also handled every aspect of what can be a very confusing project when dealing with Insurance claims, and frustrating details before, during, and after Installations. Ryan arrived on time for each appointment, oversaw the installation, and communicated with my insurance company, so I didn’t have to deal with any of the headaches. BulletROOF replaced our roof 4 years ago and did an excellent job! Last week I noticed about a 4 foot section above a gutter with the underlayment exposed. I left a message at BulletROOF and Ryan Walton came out and inspected the area which looked like a few loose bottom shingles. Ryan fixed the problem the next week (in between rain storms!). I call that excellent service!!!! Thanks!

BulletRoof is quick to respond ONLY when you want your business, but once the roof is installed, they are nowhere to be found. I called several times and left messages and emails but no one responded back. During the last storm some of the shingles were blown off and it needed some repairs. I can not reach them.

BulletRoof did a superb job in getting my roof replaced. They clearly explained my options and acted in my best interest given my budget. They assisted me with all insurance communication and process. They kept me abreast of issues found during teardown due to previous water damage which were quickly and proactively resolved. They monitored their own team and ensured that my new roof was properly and symmetrically laid out. Overall, they were very professional, courteous and diligent. BulletRoof installed the roof for my house in 2017. The job was fine. Now I am trying to set up an appointment with them to look at some minor problems, it has been about 10 days but no responses yet, not a very good sign.Some follow-up comments:1. Yes, BulletROOF did contact me after I had posted the above message. However, I was asked me to pay a $250 service call fee before they could send a roofer to do the inspection, though the fee was refundable if they got the repair job. They did send me a quote simply based on the roof photo that I had sent to them (It was taken by another roofer).2. So, I contacted two other local roofers, both came and physically inspected the roof problem for free. Both roofers told me that the last section of the flashing between the wall and the roof had not been properly installed, instead, somebody had haphazardly caulked the area (see the attached photo). Since no one has touched that section of the roof since it was installed by BulletROOF in 2017, I could only guess that the problem was the result of bad craftmanship on part of the BulletROOF. When I emailed BulletROOF about the issue, they chose not to directly respond to my concern.3. When I signed the contract to install the roof in 2017, I was also misled by my project manager from BulletROOF (I think that he is no longer working with the company) to believe that I had a10-year labor warranty but in fact I had only 2-year warranty. I have our email correspondence as proofs. To the credit of BulletROOF, they did come and fix a minor issue in 2021 for free but refused to honor the 10-year warranty as promised by the project manager in the email.

This company came through our neighborhood redoing many roofs pitching the “ Hail damage theory” which forced it to an insurance issue. We were told by them they had a LifeTime Warranty which is NOT TRUE!!!! Our roof and the neighbors is leaking due to poor workmanship, and they now claim no Warranty!!!!! Today we are spending $3,500 to have a reputable company repair it!!! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Don’t be a victim!!!!

We asked for recommendations on Nextdoor after getting a quote from Lowe’s to replace our leaking roof. We ended up getting 5 quotes total and went with Tommy Falk of Bulletroof. They were not the least expensive but Tommy took the extra time to really check out the roof from the inside and out, provided us helpful pictures and information on a chimney issue he noted, and was clear he was not just a salesperson but the project manager. After seeing the effort made up front and talking to him, we decided to go with Bulletroof. True to his word, Tommy was on-site checking the details as the crews (14 people on the tear off), making sure our outside items and landscape were suitably protected, and coordinating with us on the work schedule. His crews arrived 15 minutes early, took a short lunch, and worked hard all day. They cleaned up beautifully, minimized impact to our vegetation, and even swept up leaves that was unrelated. Despite their excellent job, Tommy came by and did another sweep to make sure there were no nails or debris. If I had another house, I would use him just for the comfort of feeling like there is no chance of a leak. I highly recommend anyone needing a roof to use Tommy Falk/Bulletroof.Service: Roof installation

From Day 1, Bullet Roof was top notch. We recently closed on the house and a new roof was a must. I’ll start with communication. It is very frustrating when contractors don’t return calls/e-mails/texts etc. Colton Sandes and Tommy Falk were on it from the start. Colton provided and extensive roof-top review by video and led us through the planning stages including shingle selection, flashing options (e.g. valley flashing). He also ran us through the exact layering system using his “roof-in-a-bag”. Tommy then took over with coordinating the actual job. The roof squad (10+) arrived on schedule at 6:30 AM. Tarps were put down around the entire perimeter of the house and the old shingles were stripped by 10AM. There were then extensive repairs needed to the sub-roof. Bullet Roof has planned for 3 sheets of sub-roof total. Ours ended up needing 11 so they sent some of the crew out to procure the extra wood. The sub-roof repairs happened concurrently with the installation of the barrier (see red barrier in picture, this was around 11AM in the morning). The shingles started going on shortly after lunch on sections that had been completely repaired and prepped while another part of the crew started the cleanup process. The job was completely done by around 6PM. Debris on the roof was then blown off and the perimeter of the house was dragged by magnets to pick up nails. Tommy then did a final inspection with me by video. He discovered a couple of siding issues on the chimney which he temporarily fixed by adding some flashing and sealant. The roof looks great and the craftsmanship was outstanding with a huge amount of attention to details (e.g. proper kick-outs to effectively direct water to gutters). Bullet roof may not be the most inexpensive option, but they aren’t the most expensive either. I would recommend Bullet Roof to anyone without hesitation. They know roofing and go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right.Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation

REVISED 2024: While they may be friendly at first, the quality of the work and the way they stand behind it is poor, especially since they lie about their warranty.BulletROOF did our roof in 2020 because of a leak. The salesperson who helped us was friendly and explained the process well and the crew who did the work was efficient.Then the issues came: I pointed out a section on the front that didn’t lay flat and was told “it will settle”. 18 months later we had water coming in through the ceiling again and when I contacted the company they said “maybe it's not the roof” until I forced them to come look. It was the roof. They fixed the problem again and then fixed the damage inside.Recently, less than 4 years into the roof, I see a broken shingle in my gutter. I contact the company who proclaim on their site “At BulletROOF®,we are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on our products and our workmanship.”. I am told it’s a 2 year warranty so I will have to pay $500. I was explicitly told by them from the beginning “if you ever have any issues, just give us a call and we will come fix them. We stand by our work”. Even the product has a 15 year warranty. But when I have an issue 4 years later then magically the lifetime warranty doesn’t exist and they give me a nuisance quote price.If you want to sell your house in the next year then BulletROOF would be fine because they get the work done. But if you want to get you money’s worth for the roof, I suggest looking elsewhere.PREVIOUS REVIEW (when roof was new): We recently had a roof leak and after extensive research I reached out several companies including Bulletroof. Bulletroof was the most professional and most responsive out of anyone. Mikel was quick to get me answers and work with me to understand the process and answer my numerous questions. With all the rain and emerging worldwide crisis they worked with me to make sure I was handled quickly since I had a leak. I expected to have issues from previous contractor experiences, but there have been none. I am very pleased with my experience.

He was extremely patient with our queries, HOA and insurance approvals etc. He helped us decide the color of the roof that would enhance our home aesthetically. Loved working with Bullet Roof and Casey. They explained everything, all our options, and they handled all the leg work of coordinating with the insurance company. We had inside work that needed to be done as well as part of the repairs, and the company they use for that also did a fantastic job. No part of the whole experience was lacking.if we need a new roof on our next house we will definitely call Bullet Roof again.
