Within 2 weeks a team came out and treated the water stains and painted the ceiling and walls within a few hours. The crew was professional and completed the work to my satisfaction. I also received a follow up call from CertaPro to see if I was happy with the work done. I also received an email from them stating their guarantee and warranty coverage. They painted our interior with the exception of trim which we had done recently. When they left we closely checked the project and found a large number of areas thatneeded to be touched up.
