We had a great experience with Live Oak. I deal with contractors all the time in my Job and Johnatan and his team are great. They helped us thru the whole process from inspecting the roof, giving us options, placing temp tarps, helping with the insurance clam, present when the insurance adjuster walked the roof. during the install they did a fantastic job in communication of steps and photos of the progress as the job was being installed. They did a fantastic job of covering things in the yard, even covered the pool, then cleaned up after. Our house never looked so good. I highly recommend Live Oak Exteriors.

The entire team - Sawyer, Blayne, and the install crew - were top notch. Sawyer came out a few times to talk us through the process. Blayne and his crew showed up exactly on time and replaced the entire roof in eight hours. They tarped all the shrubs and all around the house, came around with magnets to catch any nails, and left the house as if they'd never been there (aside from the brand new roof, of course). The new roof looks amazing, and the quote they provided was in line with six others we received. We decided to go with Live Oak because of all the good reviews, and they more than lived up to their reputation. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company.

In short, I would recommend this company to anyone & I’m so thankful for their professionalism and work. I have already recommended them to a neighbor who has had her roof replaced with them already as well.Since I’m not an “in short” person, here’s the long story. I want to personally thank each person I dealt with from this company...Boone, sales rep – Boone has to be one of THE BEST customer-facing employees I’ve ever dealt with in a company. He's just awesome!!From the first day to the last day of our interactions, he was so friendly, helpful, always available by phone or text, checked in with me throughout the process, easy to chat with about non-roof things and he even brought some donuts one day to cheer me & my daughter up when I mentioned we were having a rough day. I mean who does that?? BOONE DOES!!! 😃 I regret that he had to deal with me during a rough patch in my personal life & that he's seen me cry at least twice, but bless his heart he was never weirded out, just kind & even motivating. LOL I legit interacted with him more than anyone else in the company & he was so easy to deal with and friendly I feel like I gained a new buddy. 😊He was very respectful of the time I had, professional, he took the time to show me all pieces of product used in the roof replacement process (this was a big selling point for me - I could tell the products were very good quality & liked how much more there was to their replacement process than what a basic builder’s grade roof install entails).My replacement had to be orchestrated with my insurance company, USAA, and while I was copied/contacted by them regularly, I was very impressed & beyond thankful that upon my giving them approval to speak directly to Live Oak as well that Boone took on a lot of the work to deal with them, uploading documents as needed, replying to emails from them I was also copied on. I never felt concerned that something was going to get dropped or a delay would occur. Quite the opposite, once the contract was signed, Live Oak was ready to order the materials within 2-3 weeks & scheduled the replacement super-fast. Boone did have to make s few extra trips to my house to explain things to me & keep me on track with what was needed from my side but he never acted put out or annoyed, always kind & happy to help. Also, even if I had questions or needed help with something that wasn’t really his place to help with, he made a point to answer, find out from someone else, or get my issue resolved.Tyler, sales manager – Very knowledgeable of the process, understanding of my financial/personal situation at the time of the estimate/review of the process which directly affected my ability to go into the contract of the roof & if I would be able to afford to make the jump. He was up front about the financial process as well & able to work with me as best he could. Very happy with the outcome of the options available to me.Luke, project manager – On time, very nice, took the time to call me or knock on door to give me any updates as the work team moved through the process that day.Workers – Polite, respectful of my home, worked fast & efficiently, moved a dog house for me then made a point to move it back before they left as I could not pick it up myself. They started around 6:30am/done by 2:30pm!

Live Oak has been great to work with. From the beginning to the end of the job they always communicated and even ensured the POA was well aware of the schedule. The crews were meticulous about their work, and even their cleanup. Blaine Taylor and Sawyer Thompson with live oak roofing were awesome to work with. Sawyer came out multiple times to help me with paperwork and all of my insurance paperwork in order. Blaine stayed at my residence the entire day updating me on the progress of my roofing as the crew was working and sent multiple pictures. And then the roofing crew showed up around 630am and by 6 pm completed my house over 5000 square feet. They cleaned all around my house leaf blowing my porches and patio. Magnet to pick up any nails that there tarps might not have caught. Was probably cleaner after they left than before they started. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Reached out to LiveOak Exteriors when my roof needed to be replaced. As we agreed to terms, Johnathan, ensure my assest is protected by coming ahead of time and tarping the damaged section of the roof.Johanathan worked with Luke to get me on the their scheduled.They were very accommodative to my last night change of color for roof shingles.On the day of install, crew did show at Daylight. Luke walked to me ensure the project will be done by noon.They identified, issues and fixed it before getting roof installed.Good work!

Then he maintained good communication while trying to schedule the work, as we navigated some weather issues. Steven, the project manager, did an excellent job the day of the installation. Josh and his team Blayne and Hugo did such a great job patching our roof after storm damage made a mess of our interior paint. The team was quick and efficient and had pictures of the damage and let me know step by step how they planned to repair the damage and the costs were well within our budget. From the first call to the install I cannot say enough wonderful things about Live Oak and level of customer care! Jordan, our salesman, was available after hours when I would think of last minute questions and never hesitated to let me know if he didn’t know but would find out. Our Project Manager, Luke, went above and beyond keeping me in the loop every step of the way with the install. The team was in and out in one day and they cleaned up without leaving a trace (other than leaving a phenomenal roof 🙂) I’ve let them know we would happily leave a yard sign in our yard to let everyone know who to trust when they need a new roof or repair. Jordan was so sufficient from the time he found the hail damage to our roof and the time of the roof replacement. He kept me informed every step of the way. He worked with the insurance company own our behalf. He was so nice to work with. Luke, the project manager was onsite the whole time during the replacement progress. He also keep me informed throughout the day. They got here at 730am and they were finished by 130pm. Everything was cleaned up and took away. I highly recommend Live Oak for roof replacement.

Starting with Jordon who was extremely professional throughout the process; explaining the products, process and staying in constant communication with us. He met with the insurance inspector and coordinated with the adjuster. On replacement day Blayne and the entire crew did a great job. I am beyond satisfied with Live Oak. Salesman Kyle helped with filing our insurance claim, got us an estimate, got the process going extremely quickly! The day of installation, the crew was at our house by 6:30AM. The crew was extremely professional and very quick and efficient! The whole roof was removed and the new one put on by late afternoon, and everything was clean and spotless when they left at approximately 5:00PM! Project manager Steven was phenomenal. He stayed with the crew all day making sure they had everything they needed and giving direction as needed. I would use this company again, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs roof work or a roof replacement! I had my 20 year old roof replaced and they helped me out with the whole insurance process. At first the insurance didn't want to pay for my roof but Boone did his magic and got the whole thing paid for! Also with the help of Blayne, the project manager, the whole installation process went well and I loved all the progress pictures while I was at work! Overall I highly recommend this company.

This is now the third time I've worked with Live Oak Exteriors on my home. Blaine was outstanding during the new roof insulation keeping me updated with drone images of the work in progress. I was out of town attending my son's wedding and Blaine took care of everything including the clean-up leaving my property spotless. Steven & Jesse Dobson whom I've worked with before from Live Oak handled all the inspections, insurance documentation, paperwork and really got this project moving. Fantastic experience with Live Oak Roofing! Dave Johnson was a great help in working with the insurance company and us to get it all set up. The day of the work, Blayne Taylor was on site all day to ensure quality work. The crew was terrific as well and the clean up meticulous. To minimize disruption to us (and our dogs), the crew and Blayne worked sunup to sundown to get it all done in a single day which was really appreciated. Sawyer, Luke, and the installation crew from the Cummings branch of Live Oaks were excellent. Sawyer helped us deal with all of the insurance issues, and we could not have gotten the roof replaced without his assistance. He explained the installation process and kept us updated on the date. When the installation crew arrived they checked with us about where they could put all their vehicles and tools. They double checked things that needed to be moved and or protected. Everything was covered with tarps. The crew manager, Luke, explained everything the crew was doing throughout the installation. They were very prompt, courteous, and professional. They completed the roof in several hours and then the crew did a thorough clean up. Luke did a second check for nails, trash, etc. Sawyer came by later and did a third inspection of the yard. You could not ask for a more professional experience form beginning to end than with Live Oaks.

I have dealt with a few contractors since I have purchased my home and I must tell you these guys are the best of the best. Jonathan is a wonderful man to deal with very much a professional and your friend at the same time. He walked me through every step in the process and dealing with my insurance company I am pleased with him and to top it all up the project manager Blayne was just amazing as well he made sure to stay on the site over seeing the team so all go well. Johnathon Hill came out to give us an inspection as soon as we contacted him. He was on time and very courteous. He helped us tremendously with the process with the insurance company. As soon as we were approved they had us on a very short timeline for replacement. Blayne Taylor was our Project Manager and addressed any needs I had. I had to leave during the replacement and he kept me updated with the progress and when I got home everything was cleaned an tidy, couldn't see any evidence of the work. I am very happy with my choice to hire Live Oak for my roof replacement. We got a few quotes, and Live Oak was not the cheapest option, but they were definitely the most knowledgeable and thorough. The salesman, Jordan, went above and beyond to answer our questions and help us get exactly what we needed. He even came over to our house on a Sunday to show us shingle samples and explain the different warranty options. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Luke, who managed the installation, was also very helpful and diligent. Live Oak did an amazing job at our church, First Baptist of Jasper. It was an extremely large job and they provided the resources to get it completed before an impending rain storm. One of our buildings was constructed in 1931 and they knew exactly how to work with a building of that age. Jonathan Gordon was wise enough to go into the attic of the old building and ascertain how the replacement roof could be installed and saved us $5,000. He was with us every step of the way in planning for the work to be done during spring break when our 150 Preschoolers were not in the building. Blayne Taylor was the on-site Project Manager. He was there the entire time of the install and kept me appraised every step of the way. I did not have a question that he couldn't answer. He made sure that the job site was cleaned to our satisfaction. I would recommend the Live Oak team to anyone.
