We're still amazed every time we pull into our driveway! We're extremely pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of our new roof completed by Platinum Roofing and Exteriors 😀. The owner, Chris, provided exceptional service from start to finish. He handled all the paperwork and got us approved for a new roof in no time. He was very personable and helpful. Every step and detail was handled beautifully! From answering any questions that we may have had to making sure that we knew what to expect when the crew arrived. The crew was also extremely courteous, efficient, and professional. They removed the old roof and put the new one on within a day and a half! They also cleaned their workspace, the yard and the driveway so that it looked better than before they arrived. Platinum Roofing and Exteriors is hands down best company to work with! We are telling everyone about them.....highly recommend!

We hired Platinum Roofing and Exteriors to replace our roof after it was damaged by hail. We were excited because we were going to be able to have a new roof on our house for our daughter’s wedding which was going to take place in our backyard. We had several days in a row of rain which delayed the start of our roofing job. We were starting to panic because the wedding day was getting closer. Chris at Platinum was amazing. He kept in contact with me daily, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day to discuss the weather and his plans for getting the job done when the weather cooperated. The weather finally cleared two days before the wedding. Chris and his crew were on the job first thing in the morning. Chris made sure his crew was aware of the importance of preserving our grounds and getting the job done in a timely manner. Chris was there throughout the duration of the job double checking the crew’s work and making sure things were going smoothly. He made a point to be there when the job was finished to oversee the clean up the day before our daughter’s wedding. We could not be happier about our roof and the job Platinum Roofing and Exteriors did for us. We highly recommend them!

Platinum did a new roof, new gutters, full exterior paint an trim job and a few other small details on my home. They were very helpful an informational to me, previous to them receiving the job. They were spot on with the time frame of the job and they wanted very much to make sure I was happy with the finished product. Very good company!

We had damage done to our roof and called Platinum Roofing and Exteriors. Chris Marshall called us quickly came out and assess the damage; came back and met with our adjuster. Everything was done in such a timely manner. Their work was excellent! Chris was there each morning and every evening checking on the work. The roof looks amazing!

Such a great experience. We had wind damage to our roof from a recent storm. We called Chris from Platinum. He was at our home the next day. Chris worked with our insurance company by meeting with the adjuster and providing them with the information they needed to get our roof and gutters paid for. Great Service!

Called and left messages 2 times in an attempt to get an estimate to replace my gutters. I guess Chris was too busy to call me back. I'm giving 3 stars only because the lady answering the phones was so courteous and professional. I wish I could leave a review based on some actual work this company did for me.
