We went years with a damaged roof due to worries of it being a stressful process with the insurance until a leak forced us to identify a company to take a look. A day after calling around, Garrison came out and did an assessment. 2 days after that we had our insurance adjustor out confirming the damage, 1 week later we had our new roof. Garrison came out to my house after i called him about a leak in my sun room. He walked the roof, didnt use a drone like other companies. Saw the issues. Set up a date for his repair crew to come out and they fixed it, cleaned up and we are very happy with Garrison and his team.

We used a product called F Wave that looks like slate but is a tough single piece shingle with no asphalt. It's gorgeous! Well done ProRoofing. I highly recommend ProRoofing. I recently had ProRoofing replace my roof and install new gutters and gutter guards due to storm damage. They handled everything with my insurance company and adjuster and kept me informed throughout every step of the process. They did a great job on the roof installation which was completed in one day. This included stripping, roofing and clean up. Gutters and guards where installed a few days later with the same excellent results. Everything looks great. Our house was victim to the recent storm so we knew we had some roof damage. I was in contact with Garrison who was super polite and professional. He worked around my busy schedule and was right on time. He was very thorough and made sure to take videos so I could see what he saw without having to get up there myself. Not every job is a "full roof replacement." Nor does every time a contractor steps one foot on your roof should you be met with every which way you could get insurance to replace your roof. It just isn't needed. Pro-Roofing and specifically Garrison keep integrity and professionalism up front. We were told just last month that our (6) year old roof, "was aging much faster and storm damage has the roof aged at (10) years old and the heat has just increased the aging." We did have a vent cap pull loose and ask Garrison to take a look at the roof and to let me know what his thoughts are. He took some video and walked me through - bottom line, the roof looks great and no sign of storm damage or aging due to heat. Integrity is most important quality. Thank you Garrison!!
