Reset Roofing did an outstanding job with the removal and installation of our new roof. Our site manager worked with us for weeks, supplying sample shingles and local home addresses for us to view. During the installation process, we were provided with aerial photos of the home. Their customer service is top-notch and I would recommend them for projects big and small.

'We were incredibly pleased with our experience with Reset Roofing. Resent sent Malia out to meet with our insurance adjuster and we are certain that the result was much better than we could have done on our own. Our house is a ranch style and has a lot of roof that shows, so we had a hard time picking out a color. Reset sent a designer out and assisted us with this and we are very, very pleased with the result. Reset communicated with us throughout the process -- telling us what to expect and when. And everything stayed on schedule. We felt that Reset went above and beyond to protect our newly installed landscaping. Rather than just throw a tarp over the plants (as we've seen other roofers do) Reset use 4x8 sheets of MDF to make "tents" over our plants ensuring they were fully protected. During the install, a supervisor came out several times to take pictures and review progress with me. I give Reset my highest recommendation.

We had a great experience from the time Malia came out to assess the roof to the completed process of a new roof install. Malia was extremely helpful in facilitating insurance coverage of our new roof and coordinating the whole install process. The crew that did the install was very professional and worked very hard to complete the project in a timely manner and make sure the site was clean afterward. I would 100% recommend Reset Roofing to all friends and family.

Outstanding service, beautiful work product. Have worked with Reset on multiple roof patches and now a full roof replacement. They are exceedingly professional, friendly, and experienced in working with Insurance companies. We received at least 8 different quotes and Reset Roofing was 1 of 2 companies honest enough to tell us that we had a few more years with our roof before having to replace it. We decided to proceed and selected them as their quote was more feasible than the comperitor. Reset Roofing exceeded our expectations in every aspect! Wyatt, Felipe and Chrissy were amazingly honest, attentuve and fully supportive throughout the entire process; including post the install! I am extremely pleased with my entire experience with Reset Roofing. Everyone I interacted with at Reset was professional, pleasant and courteous. I was kept informed of all aspects of the process, including periodic progress updates and photos during my install date. Materials were delivered on time, and all work was done per schedule, with no delays. After all the work was complete and the jobsite cleaned up, the only way you could tell anyone had been there at all was a great looking new roof!

Responsive and trust worthy, and local! Had them do repair work a year ago and did a great job. Just had them come out again today to evaluate a small leak in an unrelated area. Martin sealed a few nail holes in the suspect area and we hope this quick fix will resolve the issue before going to greater expense. Great service! Will call them first when time for roof replacement.

He was much more thorough than a previous roofing company and was able to persuade a very reluctant insurance company that I did in fact need a new roof. He stayed involved and helped me throughout the entire process.The project manager, Felipe, planned and managed the installation from start to finish… he also was very punctual and kept us up to date.Chrissy from the office was also excellent.In short, a very honest group of professionals keeping the customer first! He also provided us with various options in terms of warranties, shingle options (the difference in pricing and quality), etc. He was very thorough with the estimate and what to expect with the repair and timeline of repairs. I just had a new roof put on my townhome this past week, and Reset did a great job. From my initial contact with Wyatt to working with Felipe on-site, everything went very smoothly. They're knowledgeable and offered a competitive fair price. And unlike most roofing companies, they followed to answer all of my questions. Most companies I got quotes from didn't bother following up, and one company didn't even send me a quote after coming to look at my roof. I would highly recommend Reset. Overall great experience!!

Needed about 5 small areas to by fixed on my roof. Called 4 companies , only one to respond and responded in1 hr was Dan from Reset. Estimate was simple, found a few more issues, price was right. Crew showed up on schedule, were quick, clean and fast. Dan even showed up in person 1 week later to personally check the work and made sure I was satisfied. Great service.These guys ROCK!

Hands down best customer service I have experienced. Roof started leaking during the storm the Tuesday before thanksgiving. I called Wednesday left a message and had two people call me back to make sure I was taken care of. Dan showed up Friday found the issue, took pictures, provided the solution and I was scheduled for the next week. Even told me if the couldn’t fit me in before the next rain he would come and tarp the area until they could make it. Their team showed up as promised did great work lots of before firing and after pictures to show they actually did the work and what the issue was. Also one of the biggest things for me which I can not stand, they did not try to upsell me on a bunch of things. Literally this is the problem, this is how we fix it, here is the price. So refreshing. 1000% recommend and will now alway only use this company for roofing issues.
