Joe and Josh Bennett, our project managers, provided excellent service, as did the back office staff. Joe and Josh were exceedingly thorough, efficient and dedicated to getting results. They worked tirelessly and seamlessly with my insurance company to make sure we received all the benefits we were entitled to. Joe and Josh went above and beyond the call of duty in overseeing the project and making sure the crew and subs were performing as expected and in a timely manner. Years ago I operated a development company, working with numerous contractors and subs. While many were professional and competent, I never worked with individuals as willing as Joe and Josh to devote the time and energy to get things absolutely right and make customer satisfaction the highest priority. Company was recommended to me by my son, who is the same business but in another state. Supreme roofing was responsive to all of my calls (and there were many) and even patched a leak that developed during a heavy rain while I was waiting for approval from my HOA. Great experience today! The company came out Monday morning which was less than 24 hours after I called in with an issue. The repair specialist was polite, professional, quickly addressed the issue and handled it. Turns out there was not actually a major issue, just a very clogged gutter. June 2023 SRR gave me a good price on painting my home and replacing siding boards that were damaged. They pressure washed home, replaced damaged boards, painted home within a weeks time, I have three stories! The work was excellent, cleaned paint off windows and removed all trash from siding replacement! I recommend SRR for all you needs in and outside your home!!I was so pleased with SRR I called them in July to replace my 34 year old deck.This was a much larger job than painting the house. They removed the old deck completely and hauled away all old wood. Then hauled in new materials and built a up to current CODEFantastic deck.I highly recommend Supreme Roofing and Reconstruction.
