I needed someone to come clean out carpets and it was a very last-minute request that needed to happen within a couple of days. I was able to book online and it was SO simple . They reached out via email to confirm my appointment, they called ahead of time and they arrived exactly on time. It was a quick service, but thorough. It’s nice that it’s all-natural and doesn’t leave the house smelling like heavy fragrances. It lifted up most carpet spots and was the easiest process. The team members communicated clearly, were detailed and out in a timely manner. I really couldn’t believe how convenient it was, and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again!

We recently had Technicare clean our windows and our shower tile and grout. This required two different crews, and both were prompt and called to let us know that they were on their way. The glass guys got up on two ladders, one inside and one outside to work on a particular smear. It turns out that it was an imperfection in the glass. The grout guys also did a great job coming back a second time with a cleaner specifically ordered for our job. We were very pleased with the work that Technicare did for us.

Thanks to Nik & Rob for outstanding job today on badly soiled carpets due to pets. Both easy to work with & worked hard--moved needed furniture and restored house to like new! They were able to barricade the front door with tall padding to keep cats & dogs from escaping. That was a huge relief. I don't hesitate to recommend Technicare for your carpet needs. Nicholas and his teammate did an excellent job cleaning my carpets today. They arrived early and worked hard to clean the traffic areas. This company and their employees are honest, friendly and professional. I had scheduled a dryer vent cleaning same day as carpets. They took a before picture and showed me it was spotless. (I had it cleaned last year by a different company). They said they would do it if I wanted but I decided to save that expense. From start to finish my experience with Technicare Home Pros was exceptional. I received a response to my initial online request for quote almost immediately, and going forward all of my email communications with Technicare's office were answered same day. Their responses were always clear, precise, and professional. After receiving Technicare's quotation for upholstery cleaning I scheduled an appointment. The appointment time and date was then confirmed in writing via email. On the scheduled day the cleaning crew (2 man team) first texted me to advise their arrival time. They arrived exactly on time, and as described in Technicare's website both guys were well groomed, extremely polite, and very professional. They took the time to listen to our concerns and look over our furniture before beginning to work. While the work was in process the team lead would check in with me and give me updates on their progress. At the conclusion of the job my wife and I were given time to look over everything to make sure we were satisfied. We were assured that their work is guaranteed, and if there were any issues after everything dried the team would return to touch up any areas as needed for no extra charge. There were a couple of very small areas on our sectional sofa that did require a touch up, and as promised, Technicare stood behind their guarantee and returned to our home to address the issue. Both my wife and I are extremely pleased with the quality of work provided by the Technicare team, as well as their friendly and professional manner. Nick and his partner was able to come early but called to make sure that I was home. I did not have my screens cleaned because he was afraid that it may rip so he just put them in my garage and did not charge me since they did not have clean the screens. Nick said if I want them back on that he would come back to put them back on the windows at no charge. So since I did not have the screens cleaned but asked to clean the glass on the french doors for me.I had Robbie here cleaning my carpets. He did a wonderful job and I ask about getting the grout clean but he didn't charge me because he didn't have to do my tile floors. I would use this company again.I have a plumber coming soon to check my garbage disposal & master bathroom sink.I have been using them to wash windows, clean carpets, electrical, & plumbing issues. I say that we have been using them for about 8 years.I would recommend them for friends & neighbors.

We are Very pleased with the service we received by Technicare. Nick came out yesterday to give us a FREE estimate for Power Washing our driveway and pavers, Window Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning.We were lucky to have all of the guys here today to make our house sparkle. Nick was in charge of the windows, we can see clearly now! Robbie power-washed all of the pavement...I don't think our driveway has been so clean! Scott and Gabe did an awesome job of cleaning our basement rec room's rug, stairway And the indoor-outdoor carpeting in our screened porch!Technicare's Cumming services are a one-stop shop for all of your cleaning needs! I saw Nik and his crew working on one of my neighbors' gutters and asked if he had spare minute to grab a trouble spot on my roof. When he was done on that job, he happily obliged, took 5 minutes to clear out the downspout clog, and was on his way. Excellent service and very friendly. We'll definitely keep Technicare on our short list for any carpet or pressure washing needs in the future.

The entire process - from initial quote to invoice payment - was incredibly easy. The office provided a quote over the phone and set us up with an appointment for the next week. We needed to reschedule, and they were flexible and helpful finding an alternate time. When Nik showed up, he walked through the rooms and explained his whole process to us. He was exceedingly careful putting bumpers on the wall corners and ensuring there was no mess at all. The entire process for two rooms and an area rug took under 90 minutes, and the carpets looked fantastic after he was done! He even removed a pet treatment we had requested because he didn't see any spots where it would be necessary. We will be using Technicare the next time we need any of the services they provide, and we'd highly recommend them (and Nik, especially!) if you need carpets in your home professionally cleaned. The cost was almost comparable to renting a machine and doing it yourself with absolutely none of the hassle or labor. Would give them 6 stars if we could!Service: General carpet cleaning
