We had a very positive experience with Topps after our roof was damaged in a hail storm. Logan, their sales director, came to our door after the storm, explained that we might have damage, and offered to have the roof inspected. They took it from there, and for a nominal sum (our deductible), we were able to get our roof replaced. This was a huge benefit to us, as our roof was close to 20 years old and was likely due to be replaced soon anyway. Everyone I dealt with at Topps was professional and courteous, and they did what they said they were going to do. We had a great experience with Topps Roofing and Construction! The whole process was seamless and Logan always answered any questions we had along the way. We were tired dealing with insurance company for our claim not getting approved but Logan helped us out recommending public adjuster company to take care all our hurdle and finally they done a great job approving our previously denied claim. Great communication the whole way and no issues at all.They did a very good job since first day and they are best in the market to providing a quality service work. I would recommend this company to anyone needing to replace their roof. Highly recommendation.

We had a great experience with Topps Roofing. They kept in good contact, and returned my calls in a timely manner. Coordinating with the Public Adjuster to request all claim documentation/payment/etc form mortgage company made life easier...The installation of the new roof happened in one day as expected and quality of install appears to be great. The crew had a good process of capturing debris and left the site clean... (it wouldn't hurt to do a walk down your driveway afterwards to double check nails aren't in the driveway...I found 8, but considering there where thousands of them on my roof, there is no gripe). All in all, great service and install, in a timely manner, with virtually no headache of dealing with insurance companies. Well done Topps!

My experience with Topps Roofing was excellent. They supported me throughout the entire process of identifying roof damage, coordinating with a Public Adjuster, filing the insurance claim, and satisfying all insurance requirements. With their help, the process was very smooth.The installation of the new roof went as exactly as planned. The crew was very professional and worked hard to complete the project in one day. The roof looks beautiful and the crew was very thorough in ensuring that all debris was removed. Topps also sent a painter to repair some interior damage. I was also delighted with his work and would definitely recommend Topps for both roofing and painting.

I can't say enough about Topps Roofing and people that run it. Im usually hesitant when it comes to roof salesmen but Logan informed me that my roof had to be replace. He also told me that it would up that value of my home so it was a no brainer. Logan made the the whole experience run smooth with the insurance and the job as a whole. It took only one day to replace my roof and even on that day Logan called to check in and make sure the crew was living up to expectations. In 2017 this company replaced the roof on the home I purchased in Dec of 18. Within 2 weeks of moving in I noticed leaking in my home. After multiple calls from myself and the previous homeowner they came, and looked at the roof to verify if the source of my leak was around the chimney. They left that apt, and have since never spoken to me about their findings. I have had 2 contractors at this home since, who have verified that the installation around the chimney was done incorrectly, and it is the source of my water issues. My quote to fix this issue is several thousand dollars, and Topps has yet to accept my call to resolve the issues. I will be getting an attorney!

Very disappointed in this company. They recently replaced our roof, which looks phenomenal.There is a strong lack in communication from the company. Day before our roof was to be done supplies and a large dump trailer arrived blocking both our garages, we were never told this would be done the day before. No big deal, I was able to move the trailer and get my car out of garage.But after completion we had damage to our home that the workers failed to mention- hole in our bedroom ceiling and piece of brick Moulding around our garage was knocked off.We are still waiting for the ceiling to be fixed, since they cancelled on coming this past weekend to fix after we had rearranged our schedules. I’m now receiving messages from my sales associate, Logan, implying he is doing us a favor to fix the hole in the ceiling that appeared the day our roof was done, stating they can not confirm it was caused by their roofers.
