We had a flood in our kids 2nd floor bathroom that led to water running through the ceiling of our foyer. After the plumbing issue was fixed we were referred to Andy at Water Pro. He quickly responded to our inquiry and provided a free consultation talking us through risks of mold, their drying process and things to consider regarding putting through an insurance claim. He had a lot of great information and tips to share with no pressure to commit. After deciding to use Water Pro Andy quickly began the drying process and administering the demo and starting the drying process. Within a week of the completion of the drying process, Andy arranged to have his contractors come out. They did a great job with tiling our bathroom and fixing the ceiling. WaterPro has a great team of professionals that provided great service from start to finish.

Andy and his team were great! He was able to get to our house shortly after contacting him. He assessed the damage and explained everything to us. Our floors and ceiling were soaked, but he was able to get them dry within a few days. The team then came out and repaired the remaining damage. Andy the owner goes above and beyond. I called him and left a message about a leak in our house. He calls me back a few hours later and tells me he’d arrive in a couple hours, actually got here way earlier. Spends almost 3 hours looking for the source of the leak, talking us through his thinking process the whole time, and finally finds that an electrician had poked a hole through one of our pipes. Our previous plumber wasn’t able to figure that out and we had gone through the whole water mitigation and restoration process thinking our shower was the problem. Andy didn’t take any money, saying this was just a service call. But we will definitely be hiring him for restoration! Best contractor I’ve ever worked with. You can clearly see he just wants to help, even though we may have never hired him. 10 stars.

My in-laws had water damage to their basement from a water heater that started to leak. The damage was pretty extensive and the insurance company recommended Water Pro Inc.Andy was very helpful as he walked us through how bad the damage was, what needed to be restored and replaced.Andy handled everything and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We're thinking of cracking another pipe in our walls just so we'd have an excuse for Waterpro to return and further improve our 100-year old house. We couldn't be happier with the job they did following our plumbing disaster: perfectly patching our wall and ceiling, perfecting matching the paint, and perfecting sanding and restoring the floor. Meeting Andrew restored our faith in how there are decent, upstanding contractors out there. And after working with him, we believe that Water Pro has got to be the best among them all.Unnerved and in a desperate situation, we reached out to Andrew for a second opinion. He kindly came by to examine the damage and gave us a thorough, well-thought-out, and honest assessment. Like with many other reviews posted here, a common theme is integrity and good character when it comes to everything Andrew and Water Pro do.He patiently and carefully explained his level-headed professional judgment of what needed to be done and answered all of our questions with apparent knowledge, experience, and genuine concern for our best interest. He showed us kindness, goodwill, and reassurance. He was a godsend particularly after the stress and discord working with the other contractor. Andrew is very good-natured and someone you can fully trust to take care of you with excellent workmanship for remarkably fair and transparent pricing.To access a leaking bathtub faucet for repair, we asked him to carefully remove a single tile without breaking it so that we won’t need to replace the tile in the entire bathroom—something that isn’t easy to do. He cautiously took his time to do it and then installed it back afterward perfectly. His team did a fantastic job patching up drywall and painting both the bathroom wall and the water-damaged ceiling below.Andrew made sure to thoroughly inspect everything at the end and noticed some cracking in the ceiling drywall from a previous, non-related issue. Since he said it was easy to repair, Water Pro graciously stopped by again on a later day to do that for no extra charge. We doubt that other contractors would have been so good-hearted and charitable enough to do that. Now our ceiling, as well as our bathroom, look beautiful and even better than it did before.This extra act of kindness reveals much about his compassion and character, speaking not only to his rare generosity but also a desire and assiduousness to do every task well and leave no flaw or blemish behind.Andrew and Water Pro are truly exceptional, and we can't say enough good things or express how much we appreciated them.
