My roof had been leaking off and on for a few months, depending on the intensity and the amount of  the rainfall.  I initially had someone come who determined the problem to be with one of the roof boots, which he caulked.  The caulking seemed to control the leaking, plus there wasn't much rain for a while.  Once the rain season started again, the leak was back.  The leak was worse than it was before.  I had a couple of different people take a look at my roof.  One of the guys who came out was absolutely horrible.  He claimed he had changed the roof boot and corrected the leak. Well, it rained that evening and the leak was worse than ever, and he would not respond to me.I reached out to some friends to find out if they knew any honest and capable roofers who could help me.  I was given two referrals by two different people .  I had them both come out to take a look and provide me with details of the problem, what it would take to fix the issue and the estimated cost.I was more comfortable and confident with the analysis that Brahian of King's Premium Roofing provided. He was extremely knowledgeable and he was very thorough in analyzing the problem.  He also took pictures and videos, and shared them with me, which was great for me.  As the saying goes "a picture is worth a thousand words".  He provided me with copies of his license and insurance.  A couple of days later his crew came and fixed the problems. They did a good job, and also provided me with pictures of their completed work.  As they were finishing the work on my roof, one of my  neighbors called me asking for the contact information for King's Premium Roofing.It started raining late last night and has been raining most of today.  This is the first time it has rained since the repairs were done.  I have NOT had any leaking.  I have such a good feeling of relief.  Thank you King's Premium Roofing!.

Major house repairs/renovations like roof replacements are usually anxiety-filled projects. Kevin Reyes was responsive to my questions and concerns, and was always pleasantly professional. The roof AND gutters replacement were completed in 2-3 days, and (which was important to me) my driveway and yard were left clean and without debris. We had extensive hail damage in our area and several of my neighbors also needed to have roof replacement. I chose King's Premium out of the array of contractors in the area because I could see the work-in-progress done on my neighbors' houses. We are extremely happy with the roofing job they did on our house. First, Josh, the representative from the company with whom we communicated about everything, was super responsive, replying to my texts or calls within minutes. He is knowledgeable, professional and respectful. He was also helpful with choosing the color and type of the shingles. The roof replacement took two days, which was totally OK with as it was done in December, it started to rain the first day afternoon, and our roof is quite big. The working crew was very professional, they did a great clean up job too. They also repaired a bad chimney repair job done by a not-so-professional company. Kings premium roofing is absolutely amazing to deal with! They are extremely friendly, polite, courteous, answer any questions that you ask with professionalism and enthusiasm! Ary and his crew really seem to have a passion for what they do and also for their customers, and they help out through the whole process of dealing with the insurance too! The whole crew was here for over 14 hours and at least 3-4 of them they were cleaning up, picking up, and getting up nails with magnets all through the yard and when they were done it was like it never happened! I chose to work with this company instead of a larger company because of the excellent customer service received during the estimate/evaluation appointment. The workers and management team were amazing. The company was able to get me scheduled for roof replacement a few days later. The work team arrived on time and were courteous and professional the entire time. The painter was unable to complete his portion due to me canceling short notice. Everything was fine until I received the final documents from insurance company with added charges. Now I understand that there were supplemental items that needed to be assessed due to codes and whatnot but this company charged my insurance company for items that they originally said that they would throw in for free if I chose their company over the other. The response I got was "Well there's no money coming out of your pocket really." Again, the team did a great job on my roof and it looks wonderful. My concern is the integrity of this company. Why not be upfront and keep customers in the loop every step of the way when it comes to what you will be assessing and charging to the insurance company.Service: Roof installation

My roof had sustained storm damage, and I was very concerned about selecting a firm to repair this critical component of our home. King's Premium Roofing was recommended to me by a remodeling professional with glowing praise, and I couldn't agree more. Brahian is courteous, knowledgeable and kept in constant communication throughout the job from the initial quote to completion. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently, replacing our leaky roof, along with much of the decking, in just under 8 hours. After they had cleaned up and left, the only sign they were ever here is our new roof, complete with new ridge vent and first-class materials. Highly recommended.

Just an absolutely wonderful experience with Mr. Reyes and the entire team at Kings Roofing. I was given a Detailed description of work to be done and Mr. Reyes was honest from start to finish. I was very impressed and would highly reccomend. They upgraded me at no charge to Synthetic Felt, Lifetime Architectural Shingles, Ridge Vents, and these really thick looking ridge and hip shingles. I forget the name of them. But they are much better looking than what I was offered by 4 other companies. I am not one to post reviews often but was very impressed.
