Claire at New Image Roofing has definitely gone the extra mile! She is honest, professional, and knowledgeable. We thought we were getting very close to needing to re-do our roof and asked for an estimate. Claire checked our roof outside and inside, and told us it was still good for at least a year. She could have easily given us a price and said the roof needed to be replaced now, but didn’t - she was very honest! So valuable in our world. She also took the extra time to caulk a few spots where old caulking was starting to crack - making sure the caulking would last until we really needed to have the roof replaced. We will definitely call her and New Image Roofing next year.

New Image Roofs went above and beyond for us. Our insurance company denied our roof twice and Claire worked with them for almost a year until they finally said yes. Communication and information about our insurance issues, was incredibly helpful. Working with insurance companies is never a pleasant experience. Claire helped immensely and made it easy for us.The crew was on time, and efficient. The clean up was very well done. After the roof was finished you couldn’t tell they were here. About a year ago New Image Roof was recommended to me by a contractor that was remodeling my home. Adam came out and quoted me on new gutters and downspouts and they were installed and look great! They also replaced all the rotten fascia around my house. Recently I was having issues with a leak and Adam came out and thoroughly inspected my roof and said I needed new pipe boots. They were quickly replaced and they even sealed my leaking skylight. These guys are great and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Very professional and I have been very happy with their work. I will definitely use them for any needs in the future!

These gentlemen came by and checked on us after a bad wind storm yesterday lifted up some of our shingles and caused some damage.While we are preparing our options, they volunteered to fix the existing damage for free.They have the best reputation I've seen and have many years of experience.

After 7 years in my home, gutters was the last thing I wanted to be dealing with but my builder had severely undersized them and it was causing wash out issues that needed to be remediated with a properly sized gutter system and additional downspouts. Ankur at New Image was a breeze to work with to talk through and develop a solution that would solve my issue and look great. Of all of the vendors that I had quote the job, his was the only one that had a detailed scope where I could feel confident that the job was well understood and would be executed appropriately.Scott and his crew showed up with all of the materials needed promptly at the scheduled time and completed the work in minimal time with no mess. We had a hail storm damage our roof this year and New Image Roofs completed the roof replacement for us. From the very first call, Chad and Brandon walked us through the whole process and made it easy. They worked with our insurance company to advocate for us and then saw it through with a great quality repair that only took 1 day to complete. New Image was prompt, courteous and thorough in their work. Chad Cannon came out to do the estimate. He was professional and quick with the info I needed. (The job was for the repair of a leak.) I obtain four quotes and based on their pricing and my opinion of their follow-thru I hired New Image. The two man crew arrived in the promised timeframe and worked diligently for about three hours. Prior to leaving the job site, the leader of the two man crew offered to do a water test to make sure the job was secure. It was! I have a twelve month warranty on this repair and I feel confident they would back it up if there were any problems. They took photos of the work and explained the repair to me once the job was done. I would hire them again without hesitation.
