I needed a vent installed in my roof. It was a small job, but Ben got back to me very quickly and had a guy (Marlon) out within a week. Marlon did an amazing job, documenting everything with photos. He was super-professional and cleaned everything up before he left. I’ll use these guys for 100% of any roofing work I need. Highly recommended and very reasonable rates. had hail damage in late March; crew installed our roof June 16th; overall process was probably a C-, but that's because I give Northwest Roofing and A+!!insurance company was fine, but dealing with storm chasers and roofers that only want the claim # and for the $$ to be signed over, or quoting ridiculous prices was extremely frustratingafter talking to 6 companies, I finally got Ben's # from our neighbor; and I'm glad we did; Ben was straight forward and honest, as in he gave me the correct answer to my ??'s; I know way more about shingles, roofing, and insurance than I should, LoL; Ben went out of his way to get us the Impact Resistant shingles we wanted, even took calls while he was on vacation!I hope we NEVER have hail damage again, but if we do, I'm calling Ben and Northwest Roofing!! I worked directly with Matt C at Northwest Roofing after having some damage to my roof from a recent storm. Ultimately I decided to work with them because they were referred to me by a good friend (realtor) and were great at communication and showing up on time.They did everything exactly as they said they would. They set the expectations for how the roof replacement would happen, kept their promises, answered when I called and did what they said they would do. The roofers were prompt, courteous, covered all my landscaping while putting on my new roof, and completely cleaned everything up afterward. Roof looks great, price was great, and I’m very pleased. I highly recommend Northwest Roofing and Repair. Mike Godwin and Ben are extremely professional and efficient. I live in a townhome community where several units had to have new roofs due to hail and wind damage. We have strict by-laws and Mike did an excellent job working with the individual homeowners and various insurance companies to insure uniformity on the roof replacement. The work crews were very courteous, worked quickly, and did an excellent job on clean up. Mike goes the extra mile to insure customer satisfaction.

After Hurricane Zeta, we had some pretty extensive damage to our roof. We had the pleasure of working with Matt Campbell and Cody Hudgins with Northwest Roofing, and they were wonderful from start to finish. They came out, did the initial inspection, placed a patch to prevent any water damage and within a few days the crew was here to fix our roof! Their crew was exceptional as well. They were done in record time, and even cleaned the leaves off my deck when they were finished. It looked like they were never even here, with the exception of the beautiful new roof. Matt and Cody were also on site several times during the installation and repair. The guys at Northwest Roofing and Repair are fantastic! If you are looking for outstanding price and customer service, this is the company to choose! There's always some trepidation when choosing a company for something as important as your roof because you don't want the hassle of future problems. These guys know what they are doing and I consider them experts in the field. The owner, Ben, and the General Manager, David, will absolutely take the best care to get you the roof you need. They are helpful and informative and depending on the circumstances can use insurance to offset the cost for you. They do all the work! Thank you guys for such a great experience!

I moved into a new house and a new roof was definitely on the list of things that I needed to have fixed. I live in Cartersville and read a new magazine that just came out called the Northwest GA Rising Stars and saw the ad for Northwest Roofing and Repairs. I had already contacted several roofing companies and they didn't provide half the customer service that Ben gave me. The next day, he had a crew out to fix it. They were fast working and very efficient. The price was very reasonable compared to most other companies. I will definitely only be working with Northwest from now on and making sure all friends and family do the same. Thank you Ben for your great service!!

I had extensive damage to the roof, gutters and siding of my home due to a few storms that hit us back to back. Northwest Roofing was able to do all of the work for us and handled all of the insurance process so we didn't have to. The roof was first and we upgraded to better shingles. It looks great and the work was all done in one day. Removed, replaced and cleaned up by 5pm. The gutters came next and look very nice. They even added a few extra parts to help with drainage. The siding took a bit longer to do but once they were able to find a close enough match it was finished up in 1 day also. I am very pleased with all of the work and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Matt C and Cody came out and inspected the roof after extensive storm damage from the hurricane. The were very helpful and upfront with all the issues. They suggested I contact the insurace company. They then met the insuracne company out at the house. After meeting the insurance company, it took them 1 week to scheudle and replace the roof. Initially it appeared that they were going to be prompt and great to work with. I had left a message on the website and the next day received a call from Matt. He was supposed to come out and look at my roof one day that week that we talked but unfortunately he never did and it’s been almost 3 weeks and have yet to hear a word. I understand things happen, but a phone call to explain would be the professional thing to do! Obviously I’ve gone elsewhere and don’t want to hear from them now because it’s too late! I will not work with businesses that can’t be professional and courteous.

Its been over a month since they came to look at my roof after a tree fell through it. Almost no follow up unless I emailed repeatedly. Said they would take care of contacting insurance on my behalf but I was not given updates for weeks. Finally had to tell them that I am going to find a different contractor to work with before they gave me an update.
