Amazing experience with a great company! Bradley Wilson came out and inspected by dad's 20+ year roof, he provided a detailed estimate for replacing the roof and even offered different shingle pricing options. The work performed was professional and they cleaned up leaving no trace of any roofing debris behind. Bradley and his crew not only were professional, but they were efficient and a joy to work with. We needed sections of our roof repaired and ended up having the whole roof replaced. Bradley was flexible by coming out on the weekend to inspect the roof initially, due to a break in the weather. He also helped us navigate the entire process and took the sting and fear out of it for us. But above all, Bradley kept open communication, which is huge in our book. With the recent storms and high winds, we discovered a leak in the basement that was ultimately traced back to the roof. I called on Monday. Bradley came out Monday afternoon. The crew came out on Tuesday to do the repairs. The next storm is due tonight (Wednesday). I feel confident there will not be another leak. Ryamond's Roofing is awesome!

We just had Raymond's riding put a new roof on our home and it was a great experience. The guy who came out to give us a quote was thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. He went up on our roof and in our attic to assess our roof and then took his time to explain his recommendation and why. Other companies just took drone footage and gave a quote without even explaining anything. That made be feel like they had plenty of business and didn't really need mine so they gave me a high quote. With Raymond's roofing, I felt like they wanted my business as much as I needed a new roof. So far so good.

I had my old roof (28 years old) replaced with the GAF Timberline HDZ Pewter Gray shingles. I had visited GAF's website to research the product and locate an approved contractor in my area. Raymond's was one of the best listed. Once contacted Noah Phillips came to the house for the inspection, explaining in detail the installation process and provided a detailed estimate the next day. It was within my budget and better than most of the previous estimates. Within two weeks my new roof was installed. Raymond's crew arrived at daybreak. The old roof was removed, repairs made to some of the decking and along the ridge, a section of rotted trim board replaced and new boots installed around the vent pipes. The GAF roof system and shingles were installed by 4pm. The crew was careful with the plants and other personal items along the house and did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. I am extremely satisfied with their work, the communications, the product and their overall professionalism. Raymond’s Roofing was completely professional in their dealings with my wife and I. They were pleasant, courteous, polite, and informative. Neal was in immediate contact with my insurance company regarding the settlement they offered me. Josh came by the following morning to complete a repairability test on the roof. The test results were sent to the insurance company and they agreed to increase their settlement. On the day of the install, the crew arrived at the scheduled time. They got to work immediately and worked through the day. They completed the job on time and then policed the area around my house cleaning up any debris that remained. The crew was very hard working. My entire experience with Raymond’s Roofing was truly more than I expected. I wish I was allowed to give them six stars because they deserve it. I really don't know where to start with all the good things that happened and with just relocating down here we felt fortunate that we found someone that actually listened to what we were asking and trying to do.First I called for a quote and Bradley was here the next morning and we had a discussion about what we were looking for and I spoke to him about how we were in for the long haul for the roof and how I did not want to revisit this down the road. He made suggestions for shingles and what warranty would cover and by who and for what it was covered for.Once we decided the crew was in here in the morning stripped the old shingles off and found some damage to the roof and Bradley was right here showing me and explaining what we needed to do the whole way. You almost wouldn't know they were even here except for the new roof they picked up everything put stuff back where it was and hauled it all off. We got three quotes the other 2 companies were cheaper but the warranty was 1/2 of what I got from Raymond's. Vent boots were all replaced new with Raymond's all painted along with the exhaust for the furnace really the little things matter and it looks great.I noticed in the other quotes with the other companies boots around the vents were going to be replaced as needed and only half the warranty but not with Raymond's all new and clearly stated they were going to be all new in the quote and being a elite installer they were able to offer me the gold warranty. I could see how the other companies were going to make up the few hundred dollars they were quoting cheaper with 1/2 the warranty and reusing things. Like I said to Bradley I don't want to revisit this and I believe I won't have to.Just want to say thank you to Raymond' Roofing for a great job and listening to what we asked for and you and the crew were awesome.Dan BrackettService: Roof installation

We highly recommend Raymond's Roofing! Bradley came out to our house and did a free inspection. We weren't having a problem, but we knew our roof had some age on it and wanted a professional opinion. Bradley was very knowledgeable and friendly, no pressure. We decided to wait awhile but a week later after heavy rain we developed a leak. Raymond roofing was awesome! When we had an estimate done, right away they noticed the shingles to be faulty as well as the damage done due to the shingles. They knew how to work with the our insurance (which ours is difficult) to help support or claim to get the money we needed through insurance. It worked out so quickly from there.
