We've been in our home in for 18 years now. We just got a brand new roof 100% paid for by our insurance company. The owner of this company faught our insurance company for us for 6 months to get this done. They had our roof completely finished in 7 hours. I met Zach back in February at home depot in the paint section. He was extremely friendly..and when we asked what he did, he said he was a roofer. I was in need of some repairs, so I kept his card.Fast forward to April, I contacted him and he inspected my roof and I was told I needed a new one. Because I had wind damage, he said insurance would pay. He walked me though every step and was even there when the adjuster came to inspect the roof. He even got on top of the roof with the inspector. Him being there made a huge difference. I felt supported, because I knew nothing about the process..I initially was declined a new roof, but Zach told me don't worry he knew what to do. Because of Zach's expertise, he was able to give them additional information and show them the roof couldn't be repaired. Because of him, I have a brand new roof.Zach is extremely knowledgeable and knows his stuff. He is a professional, honest and has integrity. I will always refer him.
