Jessi was very helpful especially because I have never had to get a roof replaced. I had no idea what the steps were! He explained them to me in detail! When the insurance appraiser came out I was confused on what he was saying. Jessi knew by my face expressions. He took time after the appraiser left and explained it to me. He told me my options. He then worked with me with the price! Made me feel comfortable and that I wasn’t being taken advantage of. I absolutely love my new roof. They did an excellent job! Here on time and worked hard! Jessi also followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was happy! Would definitely recommend this company!

Safeguard roofing did an excellent job on my roof they removed three layers of roofing and I got a nice new roof with no hassle, everything was pristine other than my new roofing, which looks absolutely great there was no sign they had been here. They were nice a courteous. They job supervisor Gernardo (please excuse me if his name is misspelled)was very helpful in keeping me informed on everything they did. From the first time I talked to them until the finish of the job they were a pleasure to work with. The Supervisor/Owner Genaro Vazquez was awesome! Genaro went through the whole process with us ahead of time and even talked to my insurance for me. In fact most of the cost of my new roof was covered by my insurance. When it came time to pick shingle type and colors, Genaro was a big help also showing us samples and pictures. The roofers did a great job and were in and out in one day. My office had a various roof leaks. The most recent leak formed right above where park our limousines. We had in the past a few different companies come out and quote my so high for repair that we would just have them patch it until it would leak again. Enough was enough! I called Safeguard Roofing and gentleman name Tim Zahm came out to do an inspection and showed me the areas of concern. Turns out I was needing a complete new roof. Tim quoted me an extremely fair price for a complete tear off. He worked me and my company with scheduling his crew around our busy schedule. They showed up on date and time as promised and knew where to set up their work area where it didn’t conflict with our vehicles coming and going. At the end of the day we had a quality done roof, total professionalism, and a cost that didn’t break the bank. Hats off to Tim Zahm and everyone at Safeguard Roofing Group. I placed a call just to see if they would or could come out to get my nephew's dron out of the gutter and how much would they charge if they could. The guys were so nice on the phone and told me they would call me and let me know what they could do. Called me back within 15mins and Genaro was at my house within an hour and got the dron down with no problem and for free. I and my nephew truly appreciate it and would definitely recommend them just on their friendliness alone. Thank you.

I typically never write reviews. But in this case, I definitely believe one is deserved.I had two large trees fall on my house and destroyed my upstairs. It was raining heavily so there was a ton of water damage throughout the rest of the house as well. We had the house on the market to sell, and received a signed contract 2 hours before the trees fell. Needless to say the contract fell through. Complete nightmare scenario.SafeGuard was incredible throughout the whole process. The primary thing was needing to get the house repaired and back on the market as quickly as possible. They beat all the other contractors time estimates significantly.Working with the insurance company and especially the mortgage company was like pulling teeth. Jessie was extremely helpful navigating through this whole process thanks to his experience working with insurance claims.The quality of the repairs was top notch as well. Even though what we were replacing cost wise was the same, Jessie had a lot of input of how we could improve things. The house looks better than it did before.I can't say enough nice things about these guys. Hands down the most positive part of this whole experience.
