We were blown away by the team at Kelley Truss! We contacted nearly a dozen truss companies, engineering companies, building supply companies, and architects in 3 states and no one said they could take on our home gambrel truss design. And then we met Ronnie and Phyllis at Kelley Truss and they designed the perfect truss system to fit out home. Even after we had agreed on the design and were ready for production, Ronnie wasn't satisfied with the finished look and tweaked the trusses to make them even better, stronger, and easier to install (we needed a 100 foot boom truck to install these trusses they were so big (span of 32'). Phyllis was always available via email, phone, and even when we just walked in to talk about the design and had questions. The trusses were turned around within about a week, they were built at the exact sizes we needed, and the quality of lumber and craftsmanship was evident in the product we received. We will absolutely use Kelley Truss again if given the opportunity to do so and don't think there is anyone better than them for building trusses in the South!
