We had our back deck replaced with the most amazing screened in porch with a side deck for grilling and we had our old front porch replaced with a new front porch. The work is outstanding and everything looks amazing. It was done so fast I am in awe of this company. They handled all the permitting which made me so happy. Our Lead Superintendent on the project, Daniel Cash, was always responsive if we had any questions or concerns. He even went to Sherwin Williams twice to make sure the paint color for the new siding perfectly matched my existing siding. Once the screened in porch was finished, I could not get over all the tiny details they added to make it absolutely beautiful. I love this porch! Ben Hill is the only company you should use for decks and porches.

Great experience from first meeting to finishing today.Excellent workmanship and hardest workers I have ever seen that went the extra mile on several things.They cleaned up every scrap of debris and went over the area with a magnet to pick up nails and screws. Ours is a smaller deck than many others but we only had steps there before. I decided to add the lattice on a change order and to them, no problem. Daniel Cash, project manager, went and got the materials and brought them. It turned out beautiful and we are happy with it.Thanks,Jim and Flo Underwood

We had Ben Hill Renovations build us a covered, screened in deck. We decided to do the sun exposed area in timber tech, and the covered area in wood to keep the cost down.From start to finish they were wonderful to work with.Our 1st meeting was with Trent Bass. He listened to our needs and designed our deck. He made recommendations and had a great knowledge of the construction.Tanya Jones was our coordinator and a valuable asset to help get the project going and worked with us all along the way with scheduling.Daniel cash was our Superintendent. He responded to every question and message I sent promptly either by personal cell phone or the app.I’m so happy with my new deck and can’t wait for the fall to watch SEC football outside. The deck’s roof was a challenge to design and build because of the houses multiple and steeply pitched adjoining roofs. It turned out wonderful. We had our 40-year-old solarium replaced with 3 new Pella windows and 2 skylights. It was a complex job, but renovation specialist Joshua Welch, superintendent Shawn Anderson and office administrator Tonya Jones handled the process with professionalism. Workers Daniel and Martin were great, as well, providing hands-on labor (cutting, building, measuring, staining, roofing, etc.) with precision. We trusted Ben Hill Renovations to complete a patio extension with a roof cover, and we are more than pleased and thrilled with the completed project. Each person we interacted with throughout the project was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Brooke and Robby made it easy to make design and financial decisions, and explained each step of the project thoroughly. Daniel was the project manager, and he and his crew made sure every part of the project was completed perfectly. Daniel even took extra time to install electrical wiring and a ceiling fan, which was not even part of the original project plan. After the project was complete and all paperwork signed, we noticed a couple issues with the concrete that was poured. Brooke and Daniel immediately contacted Larry, their concrete guy, who came out the very next day to fix the issues. We could not be happier with our new outdoor living space, and we without a doubt made the right decision choosing Ben Hill Renovations to complete to project for us; not only did they complete exceptional work, but they are reliable and trustworthy; all the things we hoped for in choosing a company to complete this project!

Just want say thanks to Josh Welch, Shawn Anderson, Tonya Jones and the installers that replaced my French Doors. Everyone was so friendly and professional. My install was not the easiest as there was not a lot of room in the rough framing to make adjustments to ensure the door was plumb and square, but they managed to get it done. My old doors would scrub when you opened and closed the door, but not the new doors. It is so nice to open the new doors and not have to jerk the doors open or force it shut. Once again thanks to everyone at Ben Hill.

In the spring of 2022, we decided it was time to replace our 25-year-old deck. The old deck, almost 500 square feet, had deteriorated to a point it was no longer safe for us to use. We reached out to several companies, both small and large, to come out and advise us on our options to replace the deck. Our experiences varied greatly between companies and not all of them good. After evaluating each company, it was an easy choice to select Ben Hill Renovations to build our new deck.Josh from Ben Hill came out to look at our deck and discuss design and material possibilities. He took the time to explain the options, code and permit requirements, and answer all our questions. Josh put together a proposal that was very competitive in today’s market. The proposal detailed materials, pricing, timeline, and included an architectural diagram which was key in getting our HOA approval.We had the opportunity to work with Tonya, our production coordinator and Daniel, our lead superintendent. Tonya and Daniel where phenomenal to work with and provided exceptional communication through the entire process. They handled all the required county and city permits, materials delivery, and ensured the project started on-time and stayed on budget. The price quoted in the beginning was the exact price at the end.The new deck is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. I had Ben Hill replace my siding, my front and back porches completely in November 2019. I am incredibly impressed with the work, the communication, the reasonable pricing, and the quickness of the project once it started.I got quotes from several contractors and individuals, but BH was the only full service package. Their all-in-one price fell right in line with the estimates I received from the siding and decking specialists when combined.It was great to have one contact to tackle it all, and I really liked how professional they were. Jason was a friendly and great salesman who worked around my crazy schedule and made sure he got a great sense of what I was looking for.Daniel was a true professional project manager who was incredibly responsive, set great expectations, and made sure I was happy from start to finish. The workers were incredibly efficient, did solid work, were sweet with my dogs, and never left the site without getting the project to a good stopping point or picking up after themselves. They fixed rotted framing, added proper backer board and housewrap, correctly cut, installed, and sealed the siding, used quality materials and exceeded building code. All of it is gorgeous and I've already noticed a savings on my energy bills. I have never been more pleased with an investment. It's never an easy or fun decision to shell out your hard earned money on large home maintenance projects, but this team made it as easy and painfree as possible. Highly recommend for sure.
