I had a huge enclosed deck that was destroyed by a falling tree, to include some damage to the roof and gutters; and Dexter came in and did an outstanding job, he did so in a quick timeframe which was very important for me due to being on a tight deadline to sale my property. When we bought our house 8 years ago we dreamed about extending the master suite. It was because of client reviews we decided to go with Estate Solutions. We drafted our design on paper and in less than 45 days we saw those dreams become a reality. From the estimate to completion, we had an extremely positive experience. We have no complaints with any of the work performed (room addition with bathroom, extended deck, carport, and extended driveway). Dexter was great to work with through the whole process and even though we know we weren’t the only job he had at the time, he and his team made us feel as if we were. Communication was great!Dexter was also informative and helped us through the entire process by working with all services people and the city on permits and inspections. We love our new master bedroom and bathroom, the tiled shower (8x4, yes 32 sq feet) is one of the best features of the new space. We now have enough room to park 3 cars in the covered carport and this doesn’t include the concrete that was extended to the back of the property line. All materials like the ductless mini split heating/ac, new windows, roofing and siding were quality choices. Finishing touches were up to us which was great and helped us keep our costs down!! We absolutely love our new master, carport, and deck. Many thanks to Dexter and the Estate Solutions Team.

My hot water heater failed damaging a large portion of my home. Estate Solutions was on the list of suggested contractors from my insurance company. I could not have made a better choice by choosing them for the renovation. Dexter walked me through the entire process. I always felt my interest was put first. I had such an amazing experience not once, but twice with Estate Solutions. I had a house that the city required to be completely demolished after it was destroyed in a storm. It was a very emotional time for me because I wanted to rebuild. Dexter Williams, owner of Estate Solutions, was so patient and sensitive to what I was going through. He worked tirelessly with the city officials to try and salvage the property. In the end, we had to go through with the demolition. He managed the entire process while I was out of town because I truly could not stand the thought of the house being demolished. He communicated with me while in the process. I think the thing that stood out the most was his caring spirit. We talked about the Lord and how He gets us through hard times.A few months later, my husband and I decided to add on a a screened in patio to my master bedroom at my current home. I received storm damage in January on my home. I was referred to Estate Solutions LLC by Home Depot where I had visited to check on prices for Deck and Window pricing. Mr. Dexter Williams, the owner of Estate Solutions was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable about the process of dealing with my home insurance. He was very honest in his reporting and he did not take shortcuts. He pointed out other areas of concern caused by the storm that the adjuster failed to report and he provided the insurance company with the documentation. He found other areas of concern not caused by the storm, but he did not push for any additional repairs. Mr. William's will be my go to person for any future repairs.
