Home Depot takes care of its Veterans! Had a great shopping experience today while looking for a particular item. Staff was friendly and courteous and helpful to answer questions or show me where anything was. The store was clean, and the bathroom was amazing!

Upon entering I was greeted with a smile. Additionally, Shamon and Lash were able to help me get my item and fully supported store policy for price matching. It made it so easy and convenient for me as a first time home owner. Will be coming back!

This was my first time in 3 years shipping at this location. I came across several associates but none took the time to assist me. Upon using the self check out a associate Daniel was very pleasant , helpful and attentive to my needs. Hats off to Daniel for providing exceptional customer services.

I am a Home Depot shopper and have been my whole life. The treatment that I just got I’m considering changing to Lowe’s altogether. I did an online order and when I got to the store to pick it up, I stood there for 30 minutes waiting. Finally, after going to customer service three times asking what can be done to speed up the process a young man stopped by and asked me if he could help. He quickly located my order and I pushed it out myself. I spoke with the manager and was told that he is sorry, but that does me very little. I work hard for my money, so I want to spend it smart. The customer service I just got is not too smart in my book. I shop at a Douglasville branch quite often. I think I will be done with the store from now on. Completely unacceptable. Hunter is the only employee that I asked to help me and without him I’m sure I would still be standing there waiting. I found the guy that was told to get my order in the first place and ask him if he got lost. He kept walking and said no he was with somebody else. I am over this place! Go to Lowe’s, or another Home Depot, where you will be treated like a guest.

Just finished shopping for my preanual plants, I love the variety HD has, but I was disappointed that they only had one cashier working; 20 people waiting to check out, and she looked flustered😳. Come now HD, you've got to do better than that 🤔.

I just love my Douglasville Home Depot. They have everything I need for my household projects. The staff and customer service are outstanding and very knowledgeable. I will go back there again soon.

Love that I can run in and out in a flash. No one bothers me, I grab my item, head to self checkout and am I’m out the door before they even notice I’m there.Some people might not like that, they need attention and affirmation, I prefer for you to leave me alone and let me get on. This place is excellent for that.

My husband and I came in Home Depot last night to replace our screen door handle. We spoke with Tam she worked in returns. She was so nice and extremely helpful. Although we didn’t get our part we appreciated how kind and generous she was with her time by helping us out. Her customer service was exceptional! Great job Ms. Tam from New Orleans, I peeped the accent and saint sign in your name tag.😉

Processed an order for a new stove on 12/7 had a scheduled delivery for 12/11. No form of contact on that day of delivery. Called the store and was informed to wait 32hrs to call back and reschedule for another delivery date. Scheduled for the 19th still nothing. It is now 12/22 and I had to call and cancel the order. The lack of communication, the lack of customer service is way below then what I can give as a star rating. Highly disappointed in Home Depot.

My dryer died. Came in for a new dryer to take home. Bruce gave great service. He checked on everything they had and stock and help us choose what was perfect for us. We were greeted on most aisles. He also took us to everything we needed. Great service.

My husband and I were there to buy a Christmas tree and we were told by the employee that we can buy the display. When we were about to check out the assistant manager came out yelling at us that we can not buy the display. It was humiliating and we felt attacked by this man. We politely said it was okay. We were so disappointed. Went to Lowe’s instead. I regret even buying my floors and and anything I have ever bought from Home Depot after this experience.

We've been frequent customers of Home Depot in a different area of Atlanta. We moved to Douglasville recently and have several renovation products underway. We chose to have Home Depot install new flooring in our home. The first red flag was the floor rep who came to measure our rooms didn't have the SKU in the order we had purchased. After scheduling our installation date, we were given a delivery date of 11/17/23. Early in the morning that day, we received an email stating a Missed Delivery due to either an issue with loading or unloading or someone over 18 wasn't present (that was not the case because I was home all day). When I called to inquire what happened, Tammy the Receiving Sales Specialist informed me they would deliver the material on Saturday. She never offered an apology or explanation for why it wasn't delivered. This made me upset because 1. I wasn't asked if we were available for a Saturday delivery, which we weren't because we had plans, and 2. She did nothing to try to make it work for the day it should have been delivered. When I stated my dissatisfaction with their level of service, she became short with me and immediately transferred me to another line where I was on hold for 8 minutes. I hung up, called back and spoke to someone else who was much more empathetic and worked to coordinate a delivery the same day. The delivery arrives and they start moving it to the garage. I stopped them and asked if that was okay because the installation company advised me to have the delivery brought inside because it must be kept at temperatures warmer than 60 degrees. He reassured me it was fine because they were vinyl floors. Today, the installers called to confirm tomorrow's installation date and said the flooring must be inside at least 24 hours prior to installation. My husband and I had to carry each box of vinyl flooring inside our home. By the way, the boxes are NOT lightweight. I am so done with the unprofessional behaviors of this Home Depot. I will have to travel to another town for any other home items we will need in the future because I will not give my money to a store where their employees couldn't give a damn about providing great customer service.

Went there to buy a 6k dollar lawn mower. Couldn't even get anyone to help. Customer service pushed Me off to garden center..Noone there. Went to another employee who called for manager..he never showed..guess who lost a major sale..this place

Need to purchase tub to install tomorrow. Found a great Delta tub with three walls for $700. ! Asked three orange aprons for assistance getting the pieces off top shelves. They called for assistance .Great products! Competitive prices!Just no one to get the products down from the shelves.

My family was in need of a new refrigerator so we went to Best Buy, then Lowes, and Home Depot. We found a great deal on an LG at the Depot. I went back on Saturday and encountered Hector who was working the Appliance area. He greeted me kindly as he climbed off the ladder to help me. He quickly got me written up and handled my paperwork. I went back on Sunday to pick up the refrigerator and he had it wrapped in plastic. Nice touch! He worked hard to find someone to get it out to my truck. They helped get it onto my truck and got me on my way. If you need something go see Hector!

I rented a trencher from The Home Depot on Douglas Boulevard on 1-28-21 and returned it at 12:28 pm . As I pulled up one of the tool rental guys was already outside and helped me unload the trencher immediately. He was very helpful. As he looked it over and checked the gas I asked him if I cleaned the trencher good enough and he responded " It's great! Some people bring them back covered in mud"After that, I went inside to get my receipt and I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with VINCENT in tool rental. VINCENT pulled my invoice and said "I will be back" and went outside. I assumed that he did not know that another employee in tool rental had already checked in the trencher that I returned and that he was going to look it over again.After about 10 minutes of waiting on him I went outside to the trencher that I rented and VINCENT was just slowly moving around acting like he was mad at the world. After standing there for about 5 more minutes without him saying anything he looks over at me and said "Did you not try and wash it off at all" in an attempt to incite a problem.At that time I pointed at the one that I rented and said "I brought back that one" thinking that he was confused about which trencher I returned because the other tool rental employee had just told me that it looked great. He said that he knew that and continued to have a terrible attitude and attempted to talk down to me.At that time I knew this guy was just trying to start an argument because the trencher looked good and anyone who has ever used a trencher before could clearly see that this trencher had been cleaned well.I explained to VIncent that I always take before and after pictures when I rent there equipment and that I could show him the pictures of the trencher and that it was in better condition than when I left with it.He wasn't trying to look at my pictures and be proven to be ignorant and he continued to be very argumentative. It was clear that he was just trying to start trouble and abuse his little bit of authority that he had over this situation.I do not know what his problem was but it is completely unacceptable to bring whatever problems he has to work and take them out on a customer.I included several pictures of what the trencher looked like when I brought it back and they clearly show that the trencher was in good condition and it had obviously been cleaned after use.It is my hope that I will never have to deal with VINCENT in tool rental again. I go in this Home Depot daily and I am friends with many of the long time employees but VINCENT is not one of the friendly employees. It is my opinion that he has no business working with the public.I do plan to go back and talk to the store manager about VINCENT in tool rental and show the manager the before and after pics of the trencher that I used to show that his argumentative behavior was completely unnecessary and unprofessional!

the only employees here that are useful work the pro desk. everyone else is completely useless. that includes the manager. I shop home Depot daily and most days more than once.today I spent over an hour picking and loading by myself over 90 pieces of lumber. the guys working in lumber walked by and never once asked if I needed help.this is the last time I visit this location.

Great place, I'm in many home depots quite often as I work construction and home improvement. Going into this place, you must stay focused on the task at hand. Otherwise, you'll end up spending money you didn't need to. It's a nice place. There are always people around to help, in and out pretty quickly. Wide selection of tools, attachments, storage, whatever you may need.
