OSC put vinyl siding and underpinning on my mobile home that originally had Masonite siding. They repaired the rotted out parts with plywood then covered the entire home with brand new siding. Great job done by great people. I had them replace all skylights on our shop roof, it looks like new lights in the shop now due to the skylights letting in so much more light. This is the second time I have used them, once personal and this time for business roofing needs and the quality of work and customer service is always the best. Olde South Construction did a great job replacing the roof on our house. They are very professional and worked with us and our insurance on getting a quote that was to our satisfaction. They took care to communicate with us and make sure we were aware of the project timeline. Their work was careful, thorough and very well done. Olde South Contractors were recommended to me by my remodeling contractor to do some repairs to my roof. These guys did an awesome job. I was very impressed with their work and called them back to do a replacement of the fasteners (screws) that showed signs of deterioration, that had been on the roof for 15 plus years. Austin gave me a quote on the job and his recommendations. Their service is timely, professional and the materials used are top quality. The fasteners came with a 50 year warranty. I highly recommend Olde South Contractors for any of your roofing needs.

We would definitely recommend Old South Contractors for building repairs. We needed the bell tower at our church to be repaired, including pressure washing, replacing the trim that had blown off in a storm, repainting the tower and also some other minor repairs around the building. (Rain downspouts and soffits that were damaged in the last big storm we had). We also needed all the vinyl siding plus the front walkway to be pressure washed. Austin and his crew did an excellent job.They showed up when they said they would, and finished all the work faster than they had promised. The guys were professional and very easy to work with. We felt the pricing was very fair and would recommend them to any churches that need quality work done at a fair price. Thank you Austin and Old South!

I was very pleased with my metal roof. OSC sent out a group of great guys to roof our 1922 farmhouse restoration . They were very professional and answered all my questions. They stopped and took the time to explain when I asked anything. The metal roofing used is top notch and looks great. Color matched perfectly to the sample we chose. The guys worked great to get my roof dried in even thoug the weather and rural dirt roads were not cooperating. Very professional and cleaned up everything when they finished. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a professional roofing company that can be trusted to do the job right and with top notch workmanship.

Even though the weather was uncooperative, I was kept informed of the projected time table- which was reasonable. Contacted six contractors.Three responded, all with years of service and good reputations. OldeSouth was not the lowest price, nor the highest, but with explanations of how the work would be performed compared to other installers plus the additional warranty convinced me this was the best deal for us. I failed to mention, I would highly recommend them. They are truly professionals.

I have a number of people stop & ask who did my roof & siding and say it’s beautiful. OSC is very trusting, loyal & very professional. I had many questions & they were all answered. Austin and his crew just fininshed installing our metal roof on our home. The roof is beautiful and we have never seen a more quality job than this one. We had an old metal roof on our house that was installed 20 years ago by a company in Sandersville, Ga. We started having all kinds of problems with leaks and as we became more educated about metal roofs, we realized how bad the company had installed the roof and that was the reason for our problems. Austin came out and immediately identified why we were having the problems. The previous installation was so bad that we decided to have Olde South install a new metal roof. Austin gave us a detailed estimate that we were happy with and his crew started the job in the time frame he had given us, This is a family business and all the guys were very polite and professional through the entire installation, My wife and I observed them during the job and we have never seen a more organized group. There are no wasted motions in how they work. They clean up as they go and at the end of each day there is no debris around the house. This is an exceptional Company and we would recommend them to anyone who wants a roof that they can depend on and be proud to show to everybody.
