I waited almost 3 months for this unresponsive, unprofessional, and flat-out sorry excuse for a technician to fix my washer.Once I called the warranty office to complain I was told to find someone local. The other company fixed my washer in one day.If you want to waste your money and time call this sorry excuse for a technician.

E-Tech Universal Services needs to be removed from the list of ALL Home Warranty Companies. l was given a time window of 1-3:00pm for their arrival. Instead, l received a call about 3:00pm stating the service men were running late due to working on a sub-zero freezer and l will get a call within the next hour when in route to me. I am thinking no problem. However, l never received that call, so l called the company at 5:30pm. I spoke with Edward as he informed me that services were still being rendered on the sub-zero freezer and the two men were not leaving until finish. I am thinking fine, but what about my scheduled service for today. At that point, I questioned Edward about my scheduled service and the amount of service people working for the company in my area which he appeared bothered by me doing so. He also accused me of giving him a hard time. Not to mention that l had to take time from work and still no service. Unreal. I agreed to get another service date, but Edward was unable to establish a new service date because he didn’t know the next time/day of the company’s availability to complete my service. Well, how can that be when Edward has been the company’s initial contact when establishing my service visit. In fact, he has been the only point of contact. I’m thinking this is a joke. Well, the company appears to be just that a JOKE. After reading the reviews of other dissatisfied customers, l don’t believe E-Tech Universal Service is a creditable business.

This company was assigned through our home warranty company which is the only reason we used them. It has been a month and our issue is still not resolved. They do not answer their phones, they just don't show up to scheduled appointments, and they don't call to reschedule.

Assigned to us by our Home warranty company. Waited 3 weeks for them to get a part and finish repair. After 2 NO SHOWS, to complete repair, they advised our Home warranty company they could not complete job.

One star is too much for this company. They don’t answer their phone. They don’t show up for appointments. They don’t call when they are not showing up. I only tried to use them because they were hired through Republic Home Warranty. I fired them.
