Please be aware!!!! Don’t really write reviews but I had too for this one!!! Especially if you going spend a large amount of money. I need to let everybody know before deciding using Mr. Jeff. The first day he started he said he had to get materials which he said he was coming right back. He had to go to Home Depot. It took him about four hours to get everything smh he said oh i had to complete some work somewhere else. Smfh that was a sign right their on top of that he slammed doors damaged things he damage the rim of my father’s vehicle also broke couple of my father’s tools he said he was going replace which he didn’t do!!! playing loud music. All he had to do is turn the garage into a room which this project took weeks every time he will come always have to go to the store and come back two hours later…….He start taking tools out from the garage and we noticed when he took everything out he was not returning back we had to tell him just forget it he’s just gonna get paid for the little time he was there , he did not complete the work very unprofessional, rude and nasty doesn’t care about anybody’s belongings. I will not recommend Mr. Jeff to anyone.Now have to spend extra more money to get someone else to finish the work 😡😡😡Services: Painting, Drywall installation

I setup a time and date for him to come do a job he agreed to do. On that day he didn’t call nor answer my calls or text. He was a no show and I was hoping maybe he would at least reach out to let me know what happened before leaving this review. I then called and for some odd reason it went straight to voicemail (I might be blocked lol) This was not a great experience. He might be great at what he does but unfortunately it didn’t happen for me.

Please be very cautious. Mr. Jeff is a very likable person and offered me a very reasonable quote. I explained to him that I would need about week before getting started. He stated no problem. I touch base with him a week later and stated I was ready to move forward. He gave me a target date to start the job. However, on that day no call, texts or anything from him. I left messages (voice & text) over the next several days but received no response. He just went ghost 👻!! Base on my initial meeting with him, I never would have expected that. I still don't know what cause him to have a change of heart. Home owners beware!!.

Jeff is an exceptional handyman with extensive knowledge and excellent customer service. He is extremely thorough in explaining the work that needs to be completed and giving a detailed estimate on the labor and material cost.My initial project was completed in one day. I scheduled for a second project to add a door at the bottom of a staircase. Not only did he complete the project on time, he asked for the broom and dust pan to clean up after he was finished. Needless to say, I was very happy with the work & professionalism. I had a burst pipe at my house on Christmas. It was a nightmare calling around to different companies, only to hear that there were hundreds of other people with the same issue. My homeowner insurance company could not find a plumber to come to the repair. I was given Mr. Myers number and he responded to my needs on Christmas Day and come to my house the next time and promptly repaired the pipe. My initial quote visit with Mr. Jeff went extremely well. He was kind and helpful and gave me his price (it was a flooring, drywall installation and painting job). I was extremely overwhelmed because of the work that needed to be done and it was just a lot take in. He recited Jeremiah 29:11 to me and told me that he would take care of me and he was really kind. A true moment was shared. He came back and installed the drywall over a period of 2 days and things were going great. so great that I mentioned to my family that I would leave him a generous $1,000 tip once the work was completed. His prices were low and I had it in the budget (I say this as a testament to how kind he was because I made this decision after our first encounter before any work was done). After the drywall was installed, he was set to come back to paint and install the floors. That's where he went ghost. I mentioned this to my step dad and he gave him a call. Mr. Jeff answered the call alive and well. He mentioned he dropped something on his foot. My first thought tbh was...well you're hands still work I've been calling and texting for days, maybe a week, a response would have been courteous (I did not say that just thought it). Anywho, he tells my stepdad he will call me, he does and says he needs about a week to heal. I assure him his healing is my priority, I'm patient just communicate what's going on, he says will do. 2 weeks later I text him to check how he's coming along of course no response. I am huge on communication and customer service. It take 30 seconds to send a text or a call, ghosting speaks volumes on character. Apparently no-one else had this experience based off of the reviews but ppl are creatures of habit so I doubt I'm the first or the last. My goal isn't to tear anyone down but I wanted to share because if you're a first time home owner like me needing a lot of work done can be overwhelming and having someone come out and start a project and then ghost you for the completion of it is just a really unkind thing to do. Had he been honest about his intentions not to return this job could have been completed weeks ago. This was a really unfortunate experience on top of an already really unfortunate situation.Service: Drywall repair
