Anthony at Certified RV Solutions is a true professional. As a do-it yourselfer I am interested in learning how to maintain our RV. He explained all of the steps and materials needed to perform roof maintenance. I showed him an issue we had with the self leveling system (it didn't work). He manually leveled the RV and then recalibrated the system. Their rates are competitive with the major RV dealers but the service is far better than any RV dealer I have ever dealt with. Anthony is knowledgeable, dedicated, efficient and genuinely a nice person. Any work I need done on our RV will be done by Anthony and Certified RV Solutions.

We have used Certified RV Solutions in the past and again yesterday.The first time it was a quick fix as the AC had not been tightened properly before/after installation.Yesterda's service call for an intermittent issue included a thorough diagnosis with no pressure from them to do anything.Highly recommend., you may have a which is an easy fix (at least on our Dometic Penguin II)

I called Anthony to replace my main air conditioner and ended up having generator issues that wouldn’t let him complete the repair that day. He stayed in touch with me and made sure to check in periodically to see if there was anything he could do to help. I fixed the generator and he installed the new air conditioner in less than two hours. I definitely recommend him for any repairs you might need. He’ll definitely be my first call if I have any more issues in the future.

These guys really don't mess around. Didn't (and will never) have the patience to deal with the dealer for a warranty air conditioner. Frustrated, I called Certified RV Solutions and Anthony was booked until May. Just my luck. He put me on his "stand by" list just in case someone cancelled. Sure enough, not only did he call me the very next day because of a cancellation but he had an Air Conditioner for my RV that was better than the factory AC. So, today, he pulled up, him and another gentleman named Jay or Justin hopped out and got to work. You really do get what you pay for in this world. These guys attacked the issues I had with my RV in addition to fixing my thermostat and a complete replacement of my old AC. Even patched my roof while installing it. There is no question that we would absolutely call Certified RV Solutions for every single issue with all of our RVs, friends RVs and my father's new Sprinter Van. Thinking of buying an RV for my wife's brother and of course Certified RV Solutions WILL be there for his 240 point inspection. These guys are elite!
