Kerry was very responsive to our needs and great about keeping me updated on a large project that took 4-5 days. We had a retaining wall that had collapsed over the years, leaving a large drop off in the backyard and pressure on the sewer line . In addition to replacing 50-feet of the sewer line and installing new rigid pipe drainage lines, they graded the entire back yard and put in 5 pallets of sod. We had a huge water line break outdoors last week on a Sunday. We contacted our regular plumbing people who could not work us in until Thursday. Decided to try Mac and Son after calling and getting a promise to come out that day. Very glad we did, Arnold was professional and quickly found our break, and replaced the bad lines. We had a bad water problem in our back yard. Five down spouts and runoff from our driveway was making a big mess at the bottom of a slopped area in our back yard. After looking at the area Kerry came up with an idea like a painter looks at a canvas!. He put in a French drain system, hauled in 7 dump trucks of soil and landscaped the entire area with sod and mulch. It is as different as night and day, very nice!!! He communicated well throughout the project, and made sure we knew what to expect and were in agreement on the outcome. I have an old home with PVC pipe that shattered for the water lines. MAC came and plumbed the ENTIRE water system; removed some mold on the foundation wall due to previous leaks, installed new filtration system and water heater. Every thing is GREAT. MAC and Son did an outstanding job saving a failing retaining wall, re-profiling my yard, including re-sodding, and corrected a major drainage issue that had been ongoing since the house was constructed.
