After finding a roof leak during an inspection at our home- we were told by insurance that our entire roof would need to be replaced. We called TJ directly and he got our parts ordered and got us scheduled for the replacement. We were on a time crunch as we were selling our home and had to have all repairs done quickly.Augusta Roofing Pros completed our job in less than 24 hours. They understood the pressure we were under and did everything they could to accommodate. I cannot recommend them enough!! We are thankful for their hard work and absolutely incredible customer service!We applaud you guys & truly appreciate all the hard work you did to finish the job quickly & with excellence! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone!

I met with TJ and his counterpart after a nasty storm tore the back side of my roof up to try and get some repairs done.I had already canceled business with another roofing company did me wrong. So I was more then satisfied that TJ was understanding and willing to explain everything to me.The day of the inspection, they laid down tarp just as a show of good faith in our business which impressed me and showed they cared about my property and a job well done.Day of the repairs I left for work and they laid all new shingles down on the backside of my house and it looks fantastic.It has a 5 year warranty and if I ever have to deal with them again with prior or future business, it won't be a hassle.Great job guys.

First impressions mean a lot! I Had an inspection scheduled they showed up on time and did a thorough inspection. Very knowledgeable professional and courteous! I look forward to working with them! I'll post more after they complete the work ! But so far so good!UPDATE: TJ met with the insurance adjuster on schedule and so far so good.. new roof replacement approved ! Will update during and after the job is complete !UPDATE : Roof is complete and couldn't be happier ! These guys did a great job, kept me in the loop and I would recommend them to everybody !

I received a flyer in the mail saying that someone from Augusta Roofing Pros had been in my neighborhood and saw that my roof was in bad condition. They came out for a visit to inspect the roof and quote me a price, they even brought muffins! They were incredibly nice and what they quoted me was a fair price. I called a friend in the construction business to verify that I wasn’t being overcharged and he told me he would have charged more! My insurance actually ended up paying the vast majority of it. There were no issues getting the roof installed. It was quickly scheduled and the work didn’t take very long. I would use this company again.Service: Roof installation
