I had a deplorable roof with missing shingles and many other damages to name a few. But here comes Ideal Roofing to the rescue. The team explained to me what the process was going to be, lifetime expectations, and the total cost. When they showed up at my house on time, the work started immediately. What a fantastic job they did. The cleanup was amazing and it was like they never was there working on the roof. They picked up all the nails and garbage, and left the place sparkling clean. I would definitely recommend them for your next roofing project or other projects that you may have. I’ll give them a 10 out of 10. Paige was fantastic and communicated with me the entire length of the project. Thank you Paige.

I had my roof replaced on March 20th by Ideal Roofing. The process started with an initial inspection. Damage was found and a claim was filed. Insurance denied the claim and that’s when Tyler went to work. He felt the damage was non-repairable and was in need of a full replacement. He went back and forth with insurance and got insurance to replace the roof.Ideal Roofing crew showed up before sunrise and completed the replacement same day leaving the property cleaner than they found it.I am 100% happy with my experience, I highly recommend Ideal Roofing.

Did a great job on replacing the roof and gutters on my house and warehouse. Tyler was very thorough and made sure everything was done correctly and cleaned up. Landon and Kason did a good job cleaning up the attic and warehouse. We were very pleased with everything.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jordan Brister and Michael Munk trying to figure out what to do about my old roof. We went over all of the options as well as the technology behind each option. I had two other roofing contractors give me quotes on it and the price from Ideal was better and included a much larger package. Im sure it isnt always as fast but when i signed the document that was going through with it they were out in two days putting my roof up. I would reccomend these guys to anyone looking for a smooth transfer from an old roof to a new one. Thanks guys

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They replaced my roof 10 years ago and nothing but problems since then. First rainstorm we had new roof leaked worse than old one. I currently have Matts roofing fixing another one of the problems that ideal exteriors left behind to the tune of over $700.00 and I would be more than happy to share pictures with anyone that is interested in not wasting their money on these guys. In addition to not knowing how to put on new roofs, these guys were so bad that they damaged or destroyed most of my window screens when they pulled off the old roof. Jordan red ideal roofing was a pleasure to deal with and kept all his promises . We are very happy weather new roof they also had to replace some plywood and vent stacks. Jordan and his team did an amazing job, especially with the condition our new home came in. We purchased our first fixer upper home. We knew our roof was in horrible shape when we bought it. We contacted 20 roofing companies and Jordan was the fastest and most accommodating to our needs and timeframe. Jordan provided diagrams of our roof before providing quotes. He explained the process clearly and was quick to respond by text. Then, he and his team were able to get the needed materials and complete the job in ONE day. Jordan was up at 7:00AM and waited for many hours to make sure all was properly set up for the project. We had a completely rotten roof with many hornet nests dug in there. After Jordan and his team finished the work, we inspected the roof and we are thrilled with it!! I highly recommend Jordan and his team again. Thank you so very much!!

I was extremely pleased with the whole process. After calling i got an immediate appointment the same day for a quote. The quote was very reasonable and included full details with no unknown surprises . They were able to work the roof job in right away 3 days and finished the job in one day with a large 10 person crew. They paid full attention to the details of the work and clean up. Everything was as promised and exactly the price quoted even including a few extra services I needed. As a Real Estate Broker, I will be recommending them to my Clients and will be using them again.

We hired ideal roofing 5 years ago. Within a couple weeks there were leaks around the chimney and skylights. After four months of calling they came to caulk around the chimney and ignored calls to fix the leaks around the skylights - we tried to get them to fix it for close to a year with no luck. Fast forward to today - we have to pay to have a new roof around the skylights. Plus a number of other areas that were pointed out were never addressed - DO NOT USE this company. The owner may be a smart person but it is contracted out and when he has his money the smiles stop there.

Buyer beware! I would give this company a zero star.Summer of 2019 our roof was replaced by Ideal Roofing & Exteriors Inc.; the chimney was not sealed correctly, and we did not know this until months later after rains caused the leak to damage the interior wall of the house. It caused damaged to the crown molding, drywall, window seals and molding. We contacted the company on multiple occasions with no response, finally they sent a worker out and he confirmed the leak and sealed the chimney, however they did not repair the inside damage. After many more attempts to get someone out to help with interior damage, Michael came out in March of 2020 to look at the damage, he assured us it would be taken care of. I did request that an outside company do the interior repairs due to the lack of confidence in his team. He said he would get back to us. Many phone calls and texts later we are still living with the damage their company created. December 18th, 2020 Michael was contacted again, and he said that he would have one of his employees reach out to his contractor and we never heard back from anyone. A complaint was sent to the Better Business Bureau with failed attempt to contact them. We are looking to have a pay out so we can have the damage taken care of and for the inconvenience they have caused us.Do not contract with this company, worst mistake!

Ideal Roofing is the ideal Roofing company for your next Roofing job. They pay very close attention to detail. If you have any damage to your wood. They don't ask. They just do it. What made me really happy was the clean up. They sure the yard was perfectly clean and they went over the yard several times making sure they didn't leave any nails behind. Great job.

I built a new garage to my existing home. I decided to place Hardie Plank on the exterior of the new structure. I contacted Ideal and they were extremely easy to work with. They measured, had samples available and assisted me in deciding on the right colors and textures to use. Once all was decided ideal placed my order and set the delivery date and time to fit my schedule so that I could be present for the delivery. After receiving all of the material, ideal worked with me to set the time for installation. The crew that installed the siding was very professional and respectful. The clean up afterwards was unbelievable because you couldn't tell that any work had been done because the yard and surrounding areas were left spotless of debris. I would highly recommend this company and I'll definitely use them again for future projects.

This co has moved a lot. Replaced my roof after hail storm. They were rcd but took awhile to complete the job. In fact never was. Supposed to replace pipes but only painted them. Sometimes no showed and when called sounded like a loud bar in the afternoon. My daughter and I both had nails in our almost new tires left on ground. I told them we had two leaks and shingles sticking up. Their response the heat would make them lay down. They are still sticking up. They threw a lien on the house until paid. Not sure how one would get their warranty. Because they will not respond to texts, emails, faxes or phone calls. I would definitely not rcd them. I worked with two guys unfortunately can’t recall one but have his name packed in a box. The other was Mike Munk. Beware!

I hired Mike Munk, the owner of Ideal Roofing to install my roof and new siding in the Spring Of 2016. The only time we saw him was to sell the job at the beginning and to pick up his check at the end. He subcontracted everything out to Mexican workers. While the roofing team spoke no English the siding team was headed up by a very competent boss. Mike, the owner was unavailable to address concerns that we had. He was irritated by our calls and questions responding primarily in txt to our concerns. Both myself and my husband ended up in arguments with him when he finally answered our many calls. We found out that he had in fact left the state and had turned everything over to a guy that he had just hired who knew less about roofing and siding than we did. This was a very large investment. While the subs that were actually doing the work were very accommodating my husband was left with the role of managing them. We had to have a third of the new siding removed and replaced when they had cut it too short around our windows. Munk and his new V.P. were no where to be found.If I knew then what know now I would have gone with a real professional to install my Hardy Plank.Run don't walk away from this jerk.
