We replaced our roof in February ‘22. James Wall did an outstanding job of tending to our needs; professional, responsive & knowledgeable. We received a follow up call from Brad @ in October ‘23 advising that the shingle we chose had been upgraded to Class III Impact Resistant. He recommended we contact our insurance company to update this specification in order to qualify for the associated discount. I used Morrow roofing many years ago on a previous home before I sold it. They did the job fine. I called again recently to replace my roof and also got a couple other quotes. They came in the middle but matched the lowest price from another reputable company. They were surprised how low that quote was but took my business. I still find nails every once in a while but the roof looks great and hasn't leaked after some major storms. Its even better than previous. I think there is additional ridge vents the builder didn't do and my attic is MUCH cooler than it used to be. Probably 20 degrees different. I expect I'll save money on cooling this summer so maybe I can recoup some of my costs. Would do business with them again.Service: Roof installation

Morrow Roofing was on time as promised and gave me an estimate that was competitive with other estimates that I had gotten. The reason I went with Morrow Roofing is because they come highly recommended through other people that I knew. The roof looks great and the crew did a fantastic job cleaning up. A friend mentioned this company to me. I called and spoke with receptionist who was very friendly. I asked her if the owner went to Morrow High School and she stated "Yes". I told her I knew the owner Brad from school and didn't know he had a roofing company and that I needed someone to check my roof for possible leaks.I made an appt. for 10am Friday morning. She called that morning stating they were running behind and hoped to have a technician there around lunch. I said that was no problem and that I was off that day and would be at home all day. Apparently lunch time means never. They never showed or called again.Based on the reviews here it seems this is a recurring issue with this company. This is simply a sign of no respect for your potential customer. I guess they have so much business that they don't need mine so their wish is being granted. I will contact another company. Like another reviewer said, I'm not begging someone to take my money. This warning sign may be a blessing in disguise since many reviewers have stated follow-up issues even after the job. Seems it's true. Not good business!

Terrible at following up and calling potential clients back. After getting estimates and inquiring about the smaller job 1st, secretary never called back or responded to emails. I wanted to use them for replacing my roof after completion of other work. Now I'm force to use local handy man to do the small job and will find another roofing company to replace roof.

Came out quickly for an estimate however when they realized it was a small job they were not interested in the job. Office manager said estimator would call me to schedule the work and I never heard from him. Called several more times to get the work done without a call back.

Arrived on-time and he didn't require me to be home for the gutter estimate. Reasonably priced. I called 3 other companies and Morrow is the only company that showed up as promised. They will get my business.

Worst mistake I have ever made. They did my roof,siding and windows . Siding was great Brad hired a gentleman named Ed Badcock,and he did a great job. The window guy was a big big mistake also. So unprofessional, would show up to work around 11:30 or 12 to work and wanted to stay until 9 or 10 at night. I also bought a leafguard type gutter also. Same with him. First day came around 1 in the afternoon on a Saturday, soon after he had his cousins and his kids show up and he asked to let them in my back yard to play , left at 3:15 said he had to take his girlfriend to attend a rehab meeting and will be back in a few hours. I told him to just wait until Monday. But he came back the following day a Sunday at 4:45 in the evening and said he wants to finish the job ,so I refused. It took about a week to finish that job. But still had to have others to repair the mess that he made. James and his Son did that part. But still looks like a child made the end caps . I have had to get them to come back my home 18 times. Still have not had all the problems fixed. Still have leaks around my fireplace, Brad tried to blame it on the chimneys cap and he was willing to help pay for half the price of buying a new cap for $580.00 on my part, and not that one his workers chipping out chunks of the bricks around the base . Again James and his Son came and put clear caulking around the base. Brad kept saying he will get everything fixed until the warranty of the workmanship ran out.And Brad wanted more money to fix all the already paid for work that's a big joke. So nothing was done to make it right as on Morrow Roofings behalf. Buyer beware.

Not only ddid they do a great job on our roof, but they did a great job on our Siding. The office Manager and Sales Rep. and Installtion crew were very proffessional and courteous. The Job looks awesome, we will be having them back to complete other Siding and Gutter work here. My chimney was leaking water inside my garage within 2 months. They came out and repaired but still leaking. I've tried for 2 months to get them back out. No respond. It is now leaking in the garage. I will call again today. I regret using Morrow Roofing of Forest Park. A new roof is no good if it leaks to the point that it runs down the chimney

Got roof last year and had leak this year. They were slow to respond with corrective action. In fact I’m still waiting on someone to call me back, I will not be using there service again nor will I recommend anyone else. It’s unfortunate because as an investor I had plenty of business to give but poor customer service will always kill the deal.

I had my entire roof done a few years ago. I called them last week to report leaking. When they finally came out he stated they would be back by friday to make the repairs. It is now sunday and raining again. I have water on my floors from the roof. The inital work was done by a grpup of spanish men they hired. I am going to contact BBB and a lawyer.

Came highly recommended...they replaced my sister's roof...good, so I will call them. First time calling, talked to the receptionist and left my contact info...no call back. Called back again - ONLY because they were highly recommended and this time talked to James. He wholeheartedly apologized for not calling the first time - he wasn't sure what happened.Ok then...let's move forward is my response. He set an appt time with me to come out - and he never showed or called! WTH!! Called one more time and left a msg on their answering machine because their lines were all tied up and guess what - no call back!! WTH again!! Well 3 strikes and your're out dude!! Not gonna beg a company to take my money - recommended or not!

Very professional, reasonably priced. We did have an issue with the roof leaking in a corner however, they came out the next day. He said a shingle was over lapped the wrong way. Simple fix!

Excellent customer service and work the business needs to explore more options to offer alternative financing for customers than the one provided they'll lose alot of customers who have the ability to pay but their credit isn't top notch after all customers can't possibly run away with a roof.
