I recently used Southern exteriors to install new hardy board, siding and trim and new gutters. They came out right away and gave me a bid that was very competitive, and started work on the agreed-upon date. The crews were very professional, and did excellent work and also cleaned up behind themselves very well. Brayden Tatum came by to give us an estimate, and it was well within what we were expecting.He had a crew out in a few days and they did a fantastic job, in a short amount of time.The last time we had gutters installed on a previous home, we were picking up debris (nails, scraps, etc.), but the crew that did this install were fantastic. If I could give less a star, I would.SEE PHOTOS.When I found the leaking issues, they just told me my warranty is over then we found misplaced nails on multiple areas. It is construction issue. So I called this company back then explained about this. They told me call me back but they never call.I was so so frustrated. So I singed another roofing company then they took nails off and replaced shingles. Also they found a lot of rust nails on the roof !!!This company doesn't care their construction and future your roof condition.This company doesn't clean your roof. They will leave bunch of nails on your roof then it will be rust! Don't buy this company. Don't waste your time and money.+++ ADDI called them after I seeing their reply on this review they never answer the phone.PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANY.

Reached out about a Warranty issue pertaining to incorrect installation of roof line. Instead of the water falling into the gutters as they should, it sheets down the backside of my house and pools near the foundation.Have been trying for 2 months now to get a crew out to address the issue, but when the crew first showed up they claimed to have been given incorrect information about the height of my house and they did not have the proper ladder.They said they would be back the following week with the right ladder, but no one ever showed up or contacted me to say they could not be there. This was over a month ago.Trying to speak with someone in the warranty department is going nowhere.I only get the message that they are waiting to hear back from the Area Supervisor. That was two weeks ago, and I still dont have any information on when someone can come back out.

I called 4/21/22 to get an appt a week later. I had an appt schedule 4/28/22 from 2-6. The roofer never showed up or gave me a call to inform me what was going on. They claim they came by after hours (it was dark outside). They never called or knocked on my door, Rang the doorbell!When they finally came back out, the worker banged on my door like he was the police trying to be funny when clearly there was a doorbell for him to ring. Like any other tech that comes out they always call ahead of time with an ETA. For some odd reason this company doesn’t give you updates on their ETA. The reps have nasty attitudes as well! The company is sorry overall!!When my home was built they cut a shorter piece from somewhere else and placed on the siding of my townhome which eventually caused a roof leak from my neighbor’s unit into my garage! They would not come back out and fixed chipped siding that I have no clue if that happen during building but they are refusing to repair it. This company does sorry work that will cost you if you don’t catch it before your warranty expire!Service: Roof repair

I purchased a home to remodel in griffin ga. The home had no gutters and was causing water problems. I had Southern Siding install new gutters and they did a great job, it looks great, and no more water problems. The salesman and office staff were very helpful and responsive to my needs. The ceiling in my garage was leaking and no one seemed to know why. After getting the run around I decided to call Southern Siding with no confidence that my issue will be resolved. The roofer came out and assessed the issue immediately and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He was also very professional and not a drip of water has found its way in garage since. I would highly recommend and appreciate the skilled roofer I was blessed with.
