Richie came out to give me an updated estimate from one we got a couple of years ago. He gave me a very reasonable estimate. I was disappointed to learn later that the ridge vent was not included in the estimate as it had been the first time, but Richie made it right and included it in the cost since he hadn’t seen that it was included on the first estimate. I truly appreciated that and it made me feel much better about moving forward. The estimate was done on Monday and Saturday we had a new roof. The crew worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. They were here by 7:30 and our roof was done by 4- would’ve been earlier but they were a little short on materials so Richie had to go pick up the extra to ensure they were able to finish. All-in-all, we had a really good experience with Armor! We are so happy with our new roof!Service: Roof installation

Armor Roofing was recommended to me by a friend after Hurricane Irma did some damage to my roof. Both Michael and Justin helped me through out the whole process. They even came when the insurance adjuster was here so they could show him what they found. They are professional and trustworthy. My roof was replaced in one day and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I am more than satisfied with their work and definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs or a new roof.

My thanks to Armor Roofing and especially Justin Nunn for doing a fantastic job on repairing the roof on my family's commercial building in downtown Commerce. We had already had another roofing company work on the roof, but continued to have leaks. Justin was prompt, professional, and courteous. He personally supervised the job and he and the Armor crew worked all week and through the weekend to make sure the roof was finished before the next expected rain. I would highly recommend Armor Roofing.

Armor Roofing is absolutely top-notch!! Richie was perfect with his advice as far as what I needed. The installer's were at my home at 6:30am and my replacement roof was completed before I got home from work. The new roof is beautiful!! I had an amazing experience with this company! We had damage from Irma and previous storms and had an initial contractor come out for the estimate with the insurance company. He was going to charge us double what the insurance was going to pay. We also needed to take down our chimney because it was old and really starting to cause issues. Michael and Justin took the job and even with adding the chimney on it was only $1000 more and 500 of that is where the insurance took the deductible. I will recommend this company anytime someone needs their roof done. We did 3 separate companies for estimates and this was the only timely one. We did the estimate 1 week, made our decision the next, and the following week my roof was completed. I will never consider another company. Thank you again Armor Roofing in Jefferson!

Armor Roofing Systems completed my roof replacement in one day. It was a large job that included a free standing two car garage. Richie worked the insurance adjustor making sure all damaged items were covered by our insurance. The roof is beautiful and will be long lasting as the best products were used.

WARNING! I used Armor Roofing to replace my roof. They were more than happy to take my money for a new roof, but when the roof started leaking, I called three times in one week and NO ONE will return my call. I also tried to contact owner Richie Simmons through facebook, and he did not answer me. (Interesting that on his FB page he says he is "a man trying to treat people rignt.") I chose Armor because I wanted to support my local community and because if there was a problem, I knew where to find them. MY mistake! Just wanted to warn others about my experience with this company.

Had a fun experience with their company vehicle this weekend. Doing close to 120 on the interstate, tailgating, and making constant lane changes within inches of other cars. Even took the Buford exit so he could get back up to over 100 to pass people and get back on the highway. I have never seen such reckless driving in my life, and I've seen plenty. In a company truck, no less. I wouldn't trust them with anything.

Really disappointed. We had a leak in our roof and storm damage. One of their employees lives in my neighborhood, so I figured I would give them a call. They returned my call to say that someone would contact to come by and then I could get an estimate through email. That was weeks ago. No contact of any kind. I had their business card stuck in the front door a few days ago and still no formal contact. Decided to go with with Roof It Forward anyway. Armor Roofing could take a lot of lessons from them as far as customer service goes.

These are great down to earth and honest people! They are local, have been in business for a long time and stand by their products and workmanship. What takes most others 2-3 days, they took one day.
