I can't recommend this group enough. My roof received storm damage in a Summer gale and this group has been awesome in helping me get the necessary repairs. They have been super helpful with the entire claims process, extremely attentive to all of my concerns and desires, and had some of the most responsive representatives I've encountered with any company. My service agent Jake has been splendid. I've already recommended them to neighbors and am confident putting my name with them. The roof is beautiful (my repair to my under porch grate is this weekends project). A huge thank you!

I had wind damage from a storm that passed through that required me to get an entire roof. I ended up calling Fidel Cruz from OC Roofing and he was knowledgeable and showed up promptly. He kept in touch as we worked out a plan to get the roof done and ended up getting a crew together faster than I expected. Him and his team came out and replaced our entire roof shingles and replaced rotten boards in one day. They went above and beyond making our home look amazing. He advised me on how to deal with my how to deal with my home owners insurance company. When it was all done, I ended up only having to pay my deductible for a new roof. Albert also helped me decide what color and type of shingles to go with. The shingles match the color of my house and it looks great. These guys are amazing! I really needed a roof and was not prepared for the expense. Thanks to OC Roofing Systems, not only did I get a roof, but the insurance paid for the whole thing! I've never been treated like I matter this much. From start to finish a top-notch 100% satisfied customer and a tremendous job. Everything went perfectly. While there was a tiny language barrier at times, my simple Spanish was enough and Albert being bilingual didn't hurt either. The crew was great. The day after you can't really tell an installation was done here. NO CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS at all. The magnets, the blower, the tarps, the 8 or so hands, the multiple trips to look for debris. Today, the day after, I found one tiny piece of plastic and a couple of nails. From an entire roof and shed.It rained this morning, and guess what NO LEAKS!!Your Rep Albert Zabala was the deciding factor in why I chose you. He's a nice guy, sure, but more importantly, he knows what you need. He will hold your hand, he will help you decide, he handles the details, he got up on and actually inspected the roof (no one else did or wanted to, which I found odd), he has the tools and the list just goes on and on. Man, it was impressive and I am probably the happiest I have ever been with a contractor. EVERY SINGLE DETAIL WAS ATTENDED TO.If I was a roofing contractor owner, I would want this guy selling my service. He's that good. OCR did several roofs in my neighborhood and one of my neighbors recommended them and got me in contact with Brad, one of their representatives. The whole experience was an easy and stress-free process. And our roof looks great. I can not say enough good things about this company, and specifically our point person Albert. He responded to us day and night, explained everything throughout the entire process, and was instrumental in us being satisfied with our new roof. And it is beautiful!!! My roof is very large with a ton of cut outs and they still finished almost a day and a half early. 2 days they were in and out and left the outside cleaner than when they arrived ensuring no nails or sundries were left. I’ve never actually had someone work on our house that actually called and showed up when they said they would. Also they did everything within my budget that my insurance would cover. But even if I found a lower price with another company, I would still use Albert at OC. Over the past 2 weeks, I've had a few shingles fly off of my roof after the winds we've been having lately. My roof is only 3 years old. I had a company come by to give me an estimate only to be met with, I need a roof which would be 10k or 4k to address the missing shingles + other nonsense in unnecessary work I did not immediately need.I found OC Roofing and today they came by and accessed my roof and repaired it today. They addressed the missing shingles for $100 which was very fair for 4/5 shingles which needed replacing. The two gentleman which came by were so very friendly.Thank you :-)

I just want to give a huge shout out to OC Roofing Systems LLC for going above and beyond to deal with an extremely difficult insurance company. We accrued quite a bit of damage to our roof after a hail storm and filed a claim with our insurance company. After 2 months and 2 inspections the claim for my roof finally got approved. But this wouldn’t have happened if it were not for Albert rearranging his schedule to be there at each inspection. Also the crew that did the work was amazing from start to finish. It was started and completed in one day. I couldn’t even tell they had been there, the clean up was done so well. We had an awesome experience withOC Roofing! Their work is top notch! I am so glad we discovered this company to replace our roof, due to storm damage. Brad worked with us every step of the way and actually went beyond what we expected (from any company) to make this the easiest process we have ever experienced. His experience and knowledge is superb!! I don’t say this lightly, because over the years we have come to know companies that just do not show the care, nor knowledge as he has. This made our whole process stress free. I think any home owner would be grateful for that. We are!!!
