I really enjoyed working with Samson Group for my home reconstruction project. (Note: This was an insurance claim for repairs.) I started out with Dustin (Servpro) who assisted with the process of getting my garage/kitchen repaired. Dustin is very professional and explained everything that needed to happen. Shaun S. (Project Superintendent/Samson Construction) did a great job and really worked with me to insure the overall project was a success. He was willing to negotiate and was flexible throughout the process. Shaun listened to my concerns and provided valuable insight for my project. I'm very happy with the outcome. I also want to give a shout out to Ms. Becky who was very helpful during such a stressful time. She's very knowledgeable and I enjoyed working with her. Finally, a tremendous shout out to Taylor G. who did a wonderful job on my kitchen/garage! It's a team effort!!! Thanks Samson Group!

From start to finish Samson Construction was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL when the tree fell on the through the roof into the house. Prentice, from Servpro, was the first to show up. He was so patient and kind. He answered all my question without making me feel stupid. He helped calm my nerves and talked me through the process. His crew came in and did an AMAZING job cleaning up all the mess. Very professional!! Dustin, with Samson Construction, came and wrote up the estimate and kept the ball rolling with the insurance company. He, too, answered all my questions patiently without making feel like an idiot. Shane and his crew did a FANTASTIC job on the repairs. Shane worked with me and my schedule and his work crew were extremely professional and so clean!!! They worked seamlessly and efficiently. Again, Shane was understanding and answered all my questions. Lex was the last person I dealt with. She was PHENOMENAL!! She worked with me getting the insurance check. She also answered all my questions without making me feel dumb. She even came to my house after work hours to pick up the check. An experience that started out horrific was made manageable and darn I say easy because of all the great people!!! They went above and beyond!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Servpro and Samson Construction!!!

The Samson Group was nothing short of outstanding. We moved here a few years ago and have not been impressed with the customer service culture. Then we meet Mark Bantano and his team. They made stressful house repairs look easy. They worked quickly but efficiently while listening to our concerns and reassuring us along the way. Cameron Boothe was the superintendent for the work done on my house. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns and I’m very pleased with the work done. There was water damage from a burst pipe on the water heater that included Sheetrock, cabinets and lights. We also had the rest of the house painted and new flooring put down. Samson did a wonderful job rebuilding my house after a house fire in 2020. My house was completed May 2021. Unfortunately, one of their contractors left a hole in my wall. I’ve reached out to Dustin multiple times since last year, with no resolution. He says he will send someone to repair my wall and they never arrive. I feel I’ve been very patient with the back and forth communication, but this is poor customer service.

Our house flooded a few months back. ServPro of Dublin was called in for clean up. They did a excellent job, great communication, helpful, and great work. They not only cleaned up the damage but also sent Samson construction in to handled the repairs from the water damage. Very satisfied!! Highly recommend

After ServPro masterfully handled our mold remediation from a leak and were such a pleasure with which to work, they sent out an estimater from Samson Construction, which I learned is owned by the same person. ServPro had to pull out a 50 sq ft section of our master bedroom hardwood flooring and part of the wall in order to dry it out. The Samson representative came out and indicated we would in all likelihood need to replace the whole floor, which spanned our bedroom, hallway leading to the bathroom and both closets, which would have been a major ordeal. He took pictures of the floor and then called the next day to say that our hardwood had been discontinued and he would need to replace the entire area. I stated my preference not to endure this major repair and told him I would like to satisfy my own curiosity. He got haughty and said he'd already spent more than an hour looking for a suitable replacement and that he was just "spinning his wheels" and not making any money. I promised to do some research, even though I had to drop a time sensitive work project, and let him know that day. I found a hardwood online that looked very close to ours and sent him a picture, asking if that could work. That was on Friday, July 29. No response from him until two weeks later, when he called and said he had called the insurance company but they told him to call me to find out what was going on. I decided instead of calling him back just to text him and let him know we had chosen another company, to which he responded with very snide comments. He was obviously not concerned with his customer, only about himself and "not making any money" and "am I supposed to work for free? He then responded he would have the office bill us $250 for the estimate fee. After no response from him on July 29, I was able to find another local flooring company that came highly recommended by a friend. They came out and said they could do the repair and would try to find a matching hardwood. The next day, he came back and brought some samples, one of which matched perfectly (and was the same one I found online). His guys came in and got the new flooring replaced in one day and it's impossible to tell the difference as it's a perfect match. They had to fit in pieces but they matched the seams very well. I will now post a 5-star Google review on the other company, who were a pleasure to work with and performed the repair quickly, courteously and efficiently. I suspect the Samson representative just didn't want to handle the repair and wanted the much bigger job.

My house flooded while my husband was away with the military and we were still somewhat new 1st time homeowners and we had never even had to make a car claim before. With that said I was so worried scared and freaked out but my insurance company made me calm down and takes me through everything. They had Servpro out that evening to start the drying process then they referred Samson and they were out looking at everything as soon as Servpro was out they answered a crazy amount of questions I had without hesitation and I thank them for that so much. Also Dustin who was over my home was so understanding about answering a million more questions he always answered my calls and kept home in the loop about everything. After I went and picked out new flooring and carpet everything was being done as soon as it came in they even worked on holidays and I couldn’t be happier with the results!! I hope nothing ever happens again but if it does I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again and I have already recommended them to friends and family!! Thank you all again so much for everything I couldn’t have asked for a better company to have gotten us through this!!!
