The gentleman that came out to look at the roof on our screen porch was great. He listened to the issues we were having with the ridge vent. He was on time for the appointment, got back to us promptly. He said he wanted to fix this correctly so we wouldn't have another leak. He ordered the materials and was quick to install the new ridge vent. He was very careful getting onto and off the roof. He was very careful not to lean the ladder on the gutters. He was careful not to leave anything behind and carried off all materials he replaced. We had a heavy downpour days later and no leaks. This company is GREAT! These guys installed my roof on my new house 2 years ago, they came out recently for a leak and repaired it. They had some scheduling issues at first but sent a very knowledgeable person who knew exactly what to do! He re-did the flashing and replaced roof shingles. Very professional, courteous, and respectful. Regarding the original scheduling issue, they were very apologetic and gave me a great deal on the repair. They called me to ensure that I was happy and sent me a card to thank me for my business. Very impressed with the whole team!! Thanks so much. I am now referring others to them as it is so difficult to get good people to do work for you and get things done. They always answer the phone!!!!

I called A & W contracting to do repair on my roof. They came out on April 20 and they were very honest and efficient. Even went above and beyond to make sure that they did not see any additional damage to my roof and explained to me what the problem was in terms that I could understand. We had hail damage on our roof. Our insurance company asked us to get 3 estimates to replace the roof. I contacted 2 roofing companies and gathered their estimates. I then contacted Devin at A&W as he had done an excellent job on my son's roof a few months earlier.Devin provided the quote and I thought there was a mistake his quote was substantially lower. I reviewed the quote with him and found it was even more through than the other quotes.His crew came out and completed the job in a day and a half as it is large very sloped roof. I can't recommend A & W Contracting enough. I had a leaking roof and needed it fixed asap. A&W contracting provided exceptional service when they visited my townhome. The man who showed up was respectful, timely, efficient, and knowledgeable. I noticed a long watermark on the ceiling of my sunroom. When he arrived, he inspected inside my home with a mask and shoe protectors on. He reviewed my problem area, and then took to investigating the roof. He checked the whole roof and did not find any compromised areas on the shingles. He determined the leak to be coming from cracks in the brick that align against the roof. He sealed EVERY possible area where an issue could be, even if there wasn’t a visible crack. While sealing all problem areas he notified me about, he went the extra mile and hammered down some warped flashing and sealed those areas as well. Post work he provided some guidance on aftercare and assured me he’d come back out if there were anymore issues with it. Overall, an amazing experience with a great contractor and company.
