I had to hire another company to tear out what they did to my home after pipes froze and damaged the first story of my home. Stay away from them unless you are good with unprofessional work and excuses. Three other companies flat out refused to fix their mistakes and shoddy work. Notice most of their awful reviews are from women homeowners. I don’t believe that is a coincidence.This is a costly mistake that I have a learned a valuable lesson from! Stay away from All Resolution Solutions, they are far from a solution.I attached pictures that speak for themselves. There are other companies that take pride in their work, this is not one of them. They tried to say they didn’t finish but that’s hard to do when you stop showing up. Hiring someone else was the right decision! Excuses and a house in need of someone more skilled to fix their mistakes is what you will get with this company. Also billed for below average work.

If there is a better contractor out there I haven’t found them. From the very first contact with Casey, to the project management phase with Andy Clay, these folks did everything they said they were going to do and more. They are smart, polite, they communicate beautifully and they show up!! All of the work was top notch. They finished a week and a half sooner than scheduled.i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Just great people.

From the beginning to end they were professional. Justin and Eric started and completed the work needed to our satisfaction. Polite and courteous and prompt. Eric and his team were especially was very professional dealing with us. They understood the urgency and were accommodating. All Restoration Solutions, my project manager, Devon Willis, and his team did an amazing job helping to clean up from the flooding in our home. They were all so professional, friendly, and patient with us. Devon definitely made a horrible situation doable. Thanks for all the hard work! And thank you to Luke as well for getting here so quickly with the dehumidifiers. I will definitely use this company again if needed!

The worse!!! Very poor communication, their vendor are very unprofessional, they left my house worse than when I got the water leak, I have three kids and they left screws all over the place no one covered absolutely nothing, Construcción dust every single where, not counting, the fact that they removed my digital faucet and loose all parts but they sent me an astronomical invoice, I hope some read this review before you even think about hire than, I Dont understand how Nationwide they even allow than to be their vendor.

All Restoration solutions is the best!!!I had 2 previous mitigation companies come before and they did absolutely nothing. After about 9 months of the water building up and causing my whole basement to have mold. Tony and Cody from All Restoration Solutions are life savers. They made sure everything was taking care of from top to bottom. They were very thorough and tedious about everything they did. They let me know what was going on at all times and explained every step throughout the process. If there is anyone I suggest for mold remediation it would be All restoration solutions. They are true assets to the company. Cody is by far the best technician you can have. He makes sure things are done the right way and that I was always taken care of.

Cody Bassett, Emergency Services Lead Technician, has performed outstanding work in responding to water damage on our hardwood floors and rugs. He arrived well prepared to rid the floors of the water. He installed four big dehumidifiers and eight fans to dry out the areas on the main floor and the basement. He came every day for over a week, always notifying us ahead of time of his expected arrival and took moisture measurements and adjusted equipment until all of the flooring was completely dry.Mr. Bassett is a very competent professional technician, thorough in his work with particular attention to detail. His communication skills are impressive, and he possesses a keen sense of duty to meet the needs of his customer and evidences the nicest of personalities. We are pleased to highly commend him for his excellent work performance.As a retired Navy captain, I would have been extremely happy to have had him as one of my shipmates, knowing that he could be counted on to complete the mission successfully.

Our hot water heater rusted out. All Restoration Solutions reps communicated well. They sent three different reps after they sent the initial team for all the layers of our claim to our insurance company. They first came out about 2 hours after we made the claim. I am not sure the name of the first crew. After that Jerry Bell, Reggie Foster and Luke came to work on the claim. All were great! Friendly, on time and communicated well. Luke was exceptional. He was the last leg of the remediation. He had to come back three days in a row. He had a great attitude, and he let me know all the needed steps to complete the remediation. I highly recommend All Restoration Solutions.

We had water damage affecting wallpapering carpeting and floor tile in our bathroom and closet. They replaced the carpeting the wallpaper and floor tile and did a beautiful job. I would recommend them without reservation.

Dominic was amazing! Friendly, very clear on explanations, extremely thorough, and most importantly, on time every time! He was waiting on us more than we had to wait for him! Cody and Ramon were absolutely incredible start to finish. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and very patient in their explanation of the process and work required. Cody’s communication ability is unparalleled - his updates were timely and holistic. Over the course of the 5 or 6 days we worked together to remediate our water damage, I was impressed time and time again with both of them. Absolutely the best contractors I have ever worked with. My insurance company really pushed this company. I didn’t get to make all selections, such as for cabinets they gave me one option. Needless to say, the cabinets turned out to be cheap and are already peeling. Also, the Project Manager changed a couple of times and the project took longer than stated.

I want to thank the entire staff that I worked with! Rodney Bryant was absolutely a sweetheart! There were 2 young gentlemen (one was a lead person) that worked on the mitigation team that came out, set the rooms, and made sure to dry out the water damage thoroughly. I wish I could remember their names so I could thank them personally! Very good team of folks at All Restoration!!!!! I hope I never need them again, but if I get another water leak that causes water damage (God forbid), I will be sure to contact All Restoration! Yaaas honey! 😁👍🏼7.19.2023: Yes... All Restoration is back. Very unfortunate that they are back BUT still A-1 service! Mitigation team came right away with equipment to dry out the wet areas from my water pipe line leak inside my walls. Really appreciate the thoroughness of Cody Bassett! His communication was stellar everyday. Rodney Bryant is my "build back" guy again, so I really appreciate seeing a familiar face.

I had a tree fall on my house and the plumbing flooding my basement back to back. All Restoration, and project manager Jonathan Deal, did a terrific job with both repairs. He had to work during miserable weather conditions and having to match old out stock building supplies. During all this, he was quite pleasant and completed the jobs as quickly as possible and to my complete satisfaction.
